You're the only one that can optimize a system and all other experienced overclockers can't? Show us a video then. -

Yes, but the one I was going to buy has one x4 PCI-E slot. I'm not even sure how cpu-bound it would be, but if we need a high-end gpu on this very cheap platform... it's a big "NO" for me. I'm not even sure if it supports x16 PCI-E. PS: So the APU only supports x4. -

Full out is not interesting I really hoped to be an igpu only stage. Now I have to buy a bigger board, instead of mini-atx and I think the platform loses its charm this way... Plus it is easier to sell the mini-itx afterwards, because everyone is looking for these boards and not the bigger ones. -
I.nfraR.ed - DDR SDRAM @ 300.7MHz - 300.7 MHz Memory Clock

I got the same result with DFI, so you're doing it wrong Btw, max on the nforce2 seems to be 300MHz, just like the FSB max. These 0.7MHz is the bonus I got -
GIGABYTE OC Series is back - GA-Z97X-SOC Force LN2

Ah, yes. That makes perfect sense. Didn't think about it... -

How am I supposed to mount an LN2 cpu pot? Am I the only one who does not get it or is that board suitable for LN2 mem frequency records only where you can just put the cpu pot on top without mounting? If that's the point, why so many PCI-E slots? Who cares about gpus when you're going to break the memory records only? -

It is easy, indeed. Anyone with TCCD can do it on a suitable board. This NF7-S is not even modded. -
It seems Massman wants to see my Sempron 145 and Athlon XP records down, so he included these stages in the cup He collected most of the obscure categories from past challenges, but the good thing is the cup is relatively low cost. Some people might not like it, but there are many interesting stages for me. Except a couple of stages with current gen hardware and mobile devices, we can probably compete in most of the others. I will try to give my best in AMD stages PS: Or he just wants to see CB11.5 Sempron 145 @ 6600+?

The official April's Final Team Cup Warm-up thread.

I thought it would start together with the next Pro OC round, but I don't have any information about it. Probably referring to something Massman said, but I don't remember anymore. Perhaps just a speculation from my side... -
I'd say run at default settings (as we did in our local forum in the past) and only allow manual instruction set selection.

Try with higher volts on the 3.3V rail. Modded bios is also very important, but I guess you're using one, since you're able to do 250MHz. You can also try L12 hardware mod. I haven't yet killed NF2 chipset with voltage, but if you're not cooling it fine, these volts won't help you. Generally speaking, my boards does not scale good with NB voltage. I have only one board that likes high volts and another one that can't complete 32M at 250MHz with more than 1.6V on the NB I've also had NF7 that can't do more than 250MHz for benches no matter volts/bios/cpu.

Moisey's Cinebench score is obviously not possible at 4.8GHz, let alone on air. -

Oops, I thought the competition ends after midnight.. I'm at work now so there's no chance to rebench and I don't even have the 740 maxmem screen with me. Fail!
