  1. Nice, you beat tiborrr! I had no LN2 and time, but my cpu should be able to run 3d @ 6.7-6.8GHz. That would have been interesting
  2. Ruggero, I've tested it on water only. 2900+ 1M with vcore < 2V. Valid 3000+.
  3. Great ram pot and you're powering the board with Evga Epower, nice!
  4. Yes, just noticed it. Changed with a valid, but lower score .
  5. Thanks I was not sure if cpuz is the highest ever, but I'm quite sure for the other benchmarks.
  6. Why not if it is running on an MSI mobo. It's basically similar to soldering a gpu provided by AMD on a MSI videocard PCB, but in this case it is on a socket. In both cases the gpu is manufactured by AMD. Plsu if you open GPUZ your integrated vga will have the mobo vendor. Not to mention that if your card is a reference model it might be produced by e.g. Sapphire and MSI put only a sticker on it.
  7. I was busy with other things Now wait another 3 weeks for wprimes
  8. It's not a paintjob, it's a firebug
  9. That's what Massman has to say about it:
  10. We need a wrapper!
  11. All your screenshots are invalid!
  12. I ordered from these http://www.ebay.com/itm/400579000910?var=670143131642&ssPageName=STRK:MEWNX:IT&_trksid=p3984.m1439.l2649 some time ago, because most of the sellers were not shipping to Bulgaria. A little bit more expensive though. Still waiting for the package. PS: Don't buy these, 1% accuracy, 1 digit after the decimal sign.
  13. Maybe that's the max his board can set without vmod?
  14. Not for mortals, especially when expenses for the travel/hotel/etc are not covered, but definitely interesting to watch. Good luck everyone.
  15. Yes, you need > 136, then the PLL should be automatically switched. However, I had problems with dual channel in that case. Not sure what was the case with blck > 136, but when using the integrated pll, you'd want your SATA controller running in IDE mode.
  16. Does it work in single channel mode? I had similar problem with my Crosshair IV Formula 2 years ago - it turned out to be the board and not the cpus. It has a coldbug and even I tried different insulations it was still not good past -150.
  17. Wanted to run pi 32M as well, but the OS was very slow and could not find why.
  18. Roman (der8auer) didn't like it in his review and according to the charts it is not good, but in my experience it is good (talking about Ceramique 2, not 1). Don't see much difference between Ceramique2 and Gelid, while the first one is so much cheaper for the big syringe. Btw, I spread it on a warmed up pot (with a heatgun) prior to mounting, then after mounting the pot, I run the system on empty pot until the cpu heats up too. I get a perfect mount every time. PS: I change it every time, too. Wipe old paste, clean cpu and pot with isopropyl alcohol, then reapply paste.
  19. In my testing noctua is not good for LN2 - I had much worse maximum clock on 3770K @ full pot compared to Ceramique 2 and Gelid. And I've tried 2-3 remounts. It is good for SS, but not LN2. I don't know, it could be just me, but that's what I've experienced.
  20. Could it be considered as an option for a member to join legacy series in addition to some of the others?
