I have found that to have actual HWiFO running for competition purposes it has to be opened before Benchmate. After Benchmate is open, HWiFO just won't start for me. Does EleetX act the same?

If there are other entries with AMD on Windows 10 without Benchmate, resort them. Cinebench R20 rules are combined with the R15 rules, look on that page. There is a wprime 32M with Benchmate category and look at the general rules / FAQ for when Windows 8/8.1/10 is allowed.

Yep GPU clock not detected for me either with RX 480, HD 5970, HD 7990, R9 Fury, to name a few I've ried recently. I did get a couple of 3DMark03/05/06 scores to work with RX Vega 56 and Benchmate though.
