  1. As it stands now with the scores entered after November 2nd removed yet the competition ranking shows as if the scores are still in the comp even though they are not seen in the individual stages. Please resolve.
  2. Are you sure? Skylake, Kaby Lake and presumably Coffelake refresh are all "Allowed" although the OS Benchmark table is ambiguous as there is crossover between "Desktops and laptops with bus tuning capabilities" and "Skylake Kaby Lake". Also, the lInk if required doesn't have to be VALID for general rankings, just validated at 3DMark.com however competitions often call for a VALID link.
  3. @Leeghoofd for the CPU clock limited Sky Diver stage are you going to stipulate that HWiNFO is used to monitor the clocks during the benchmark run? As of now there is no mention of monitoring clocks.
  4. @1BadMoJoe did you not read the reply from the creator of BenchMate in the very next post you quoted? BenchMate can be found at https://benchmate.org/
  5. Other because you forgot the "for the cups and medals" option
  6. Yep, Intel started nailing the coffin of overclocking with the invention of the pay to play K sku CPUs
  7. VID is what the CPU asks for vCore will be what the board is supplying. You can always drop the CPU-NB volts and see when it stops posting. CPU-NB multiplier is whole numbers so to get in between you'll need to give the Bus Speed more MHz. Edit: you can run Cinebench with relatime priority and it sometimes results in beter scores. Also note you need to be on Windows 10 unless you're using BenchMate
  8. Meh if they ditch 3 and 4 then oh well. 5 should be cut pronto though.
  9. Well, I'd hope so otherwise what would be the point of competitive overclocking? Give it 1.35v and see.
  10. You might want to re-acquaint yourself with the rules especially for Cinebench. (Hint: show the full rendered image and a full uncropped desktop including the clock)
  11. My daily is running 1.35v for the CPU-NB VID at 2733MHz. CPU is at 20.5 x 228 for 4668MHz. I didn't have a CB 2003 score so I chucked one up just now at full bloat with stuff runnng in the background. Nothing to write home about: 4265317_cbjaust_cinebench___2003_fx_8350_2547_points/
  12. You might get some benefit with more CPU-NB, 2500MHz is probably doable.
  13. is there any commonality with KT266 and KT400? I have a KT266 PCR file but I'm sure you'd have it too.
  14. Memory can have a lot to do with stability. My cooling was just a Thermalright TRUE Black with one or maybe two fans push-pull. Is the FX-8300 Bulldozer? If so it will not clock quite as well as Vishera. No probs, ask away. Edit: nevermind, FX-8300 is Vishera
  15. My FX-8350 at 4888MHz - 784cb and 1509 in R20 at 4503MHz
  16. The other scores you see with higher numbers are the other versions of cinebench - R15 and R20 and the older one Cinebench 2003 but all those versions give the score in "cb" not "pts". Hwbot is only concerned with the CPU score from Cinebench. The OpenGL scores are a GPU test. Vishera was fine. My daily is an FX-8350 still.
  17. Did you use XOC mode for CPU-Z? Link says rejected though so technically this result, while awesome work, is invalid Edit: Indeed half the top ten results are status "Rejected" on CPUID.
  18. Running Sling Shot on desktop x86 hardware in not in the spirit of this benchmark though. You'll be scaring off all the portable device benchers.
  19. What rules were changed midseason @thehumangerm? The rules around What can an cant use Windows 8/10 have been in place for a long time.
