I was running 1.22 vtt. I have binned 60 so far and only one could hit 450 on air and it did 461 fsb

I just finished binning my first group of 2160's and only one out of about 60 was able to do above 450 fsb on air at 1.8 vtt. Is this normal or am I just unlucky?

@Gigelz I uploaded a photo of the chip. I can't get the memory over 800 mhz and I am not sure why. I was able to do 950 6-7-5 1t before but I am not sure what is going on. Midterms are over now so I will have more time to mess around with the setup. I have only been benching for a few months and still have a lot to learn about how to increase efficiency.

I am looking to but heatsinks or water blocks for the x48 rampage extreme vrm so I can run the north bridge sub zero.

It is definitely not maxed out, I only had time to do one run in between classes so I picked safe settings that I knew would not crash and I need to get new paste because this run was with hy 510 thermal paste. It was the best in terms of fsb out of about 200 chips, it was able to do 536 fsb at 1.8vtt but I have not tried to do max frequency with it yet. After the holidays I hope to bench it properly when I have more time.

I am planning on it but I don't have a nb pot. How cold does it take to be to scale? I could use ice water and get 20c lower than it is right now.

I am limited by the board. I plan to take it cold next year.

As someone who has been overclocking for a few years but is new to hwbot it can be daunting to start and can be discouraging when you bench for hours and mess up the screen shot or have the wrong cpuz version. I think benchmate is a huge step in the right direction for new members. A lot of people have helped me these past few months and I was pleasantly surprised by how welcoming some people were. A huge shout out to tagg, funsoul and Noxinite for being so helpful in getting me started.
