yes 03 on win7 is funky...try first to open 3dmark03 when you enter os and then do all the rest (gpu oc,cpu oc,lod etc)

Did manage to run 32m at 2600 super tight with pcs yesterday... The board is just different from what i'm used to... auto values are indeed good,for me +100mv for vsa and both vcio's worked nice with 1.9v dram...

C'mon most of the top guys of the oc leage have hundreds of hw points that none have come of sponsoring.The have come from binning and benching old cards and cpus,also running obscure categories (primes,pcmark and now cinebench) that give many gl points and all this hardware have nothing to do with sponsoring... And to achieve all this there are many hours of benching,much self money involved and a LOT of ln2. Also imo getting a free sample now and then is soooo much different than sponsoring.All ocers that went to computex got a gift or two but i don't think that is sponsoring, In my mind having a sponsor means that you don't care about burning cpu's,damaging vga's etc vendors pay for ln2 etc but i don't think that's the case here,maybe that's only me of course

Imo it's all about binning... vendors have been binning es hasswell chips since 2012... Every time a new cpu comes out it's the same discussion,but i'm pretty sure by late August there will be retails that will hit es speeds easily...who doesn't remember the Gulftown es topic? We still haven't seen any Costa Rica's out only a couble of Malay's batches so we cannot make that kind of assumptions so early...

I've seen something similar with an early i7 940... but it was only one cpu at about the same temps Kenny describes... I remember raisining a voltage insanely high to get past it but i have to get a bios screen in front of me to remember which one...

Υou don't need the second tab to overclock Ati cards from riva. In the first set of tabs click in the first icon (where usually you see the fan settings for nvidia cards) and adjust the clocks. The cfg file was needed only for checking-adjusting voltages not clocks. On maximus v extreme if you turn off the pci-e the cooler runs like crazy and the card gets normal voltage,so i think it's just the data signal that gets cut off...

what are the led colours near the dvi's?if i remember right there shoud be a green and a blue one once you boot...
