If you fix AM3....REALLY fix it, I doubt you will need to buy yourself a pint at an OC meet for a long time (All I ask is... please give us notice before the new version goes live because some of us will have scores to upload while they are still valid)

I'd pick a 5850 or 5870 over the 7770. They use a bit more power, but perform better and will cost less (Ebay) The 650 spanks the 7770 and is probably overall in-between the 5850 and 5870, it costs *about* the same and uses less power.... GTX650 wins (I think) I hope others comment too

The problems with AM3 are becoming a bit too "big" -Score is worse with the wrapper -bench runs with no consistency- easy to get an even worse run time and time again -SLI has horizontal flickering lines, which also affects the score negatively -"Runtime error 7 out of memory" at the end of the bench -.hwbot files aren't always accepted. I know these problems don't affect all people but seriously, for a wrapper that "doesn't change anything" ..... it's changing a LOT You know how demoralising it is that after seeing AM3 complete and give us a score, there are still two "benchmarks" left that are out of our hands before we see the score on HWB? Thankyou

I run 1300MHz+ mem (Samsung) and 600MB Maxxmem and never a problem... but i've not spent a LOT of time with 32M and ivy yet

I wish that approach had been taken months ago, then non of this would be happening now

If possible....3D01 and AM3, tri and quad GPU? 3D03 as well please, 2,3 + 4 GPU

Some nice 2D results in there but not apples-apples....so in some ways.... pointless

v1.0.3 gives higher game tests, lower Physics.... depends on your system which version will be most efficient. It would be nice if FM had version number visible somewhere really obvious, then HWB could (if they wanted) enforce the version that could be used, same as wPrime.

I'm not a PCMark bencher but I don't see a problem with Bobs tweak. The user is changing nothing in Windows, they are merely using a feature of Windows as it is designed- changing desktop appearance.

Ok, so buying CPUs in Poland is now guaranteed success now that XA has taken all the bad ones I swear i'm doing something wrong with Ivy, I'm not binning, i'm still figuring out how to bench for more than 90 minutes without the board falling over. I'm about ready to set up a countdown timer for sessions and race for scores.

Who's seen the Z77 boards from ECS? The AM3+? The FM1/FM2? Even the Older Clarkdale stuff. The layout- What's good? What's not quite right? The BIOS- what would people like to see changed? What stops you from buying an ECS board? What makes you want to buy one? If a friend/client asked you about ECS, what would you say? Yea, i've left this short and "open," i'm not gonna direct peoples thinking. If ECS get good feedback, the products will get better...because ECS are LISTENING and I know first-hand that is true. Please, link people to this thread. ECS users, lovers, sceptics and haters.
