  1. I thought you were talking about the D3D Overrider tool, my bad!
  2. Oh, pretty interesting. Did a run with all threads selected (link) and then one with 1/2/4/8/16/32/64 (link). Upto 1270 now. I disabled HT for the second run, though! Cool stuff, lots of fiddling needed to get the highest performance
  3. It's the same Nvidia Inspector tweak for Fermi+01 that also fixes Aquamark3 XP performance The bit is called 'PRE_D3D9_COMP_BIT'
  4. No. Hehe ... I thought that was super-obvious
  5. Just tested this little trick - doesn't do much aside from boosting the score by 20pts here. - default thread count: 1224.6 - all threads selected: 1231.7 - only 64 threads: 1245.5 Link to screen: http://hwbot.org/blog/wp-content//Capture1.png It's a legit tweak for the benchmark.
  6. Apply same tweak like you do for 01 + fermi and you will have good AM3 scores in XP.
  7. Hm, weird issue. Points should have been awarded. I'll add it as bug to our tracker.
  8. If I get this right, MrPaco is basically enabling more threads and it gives a higher score? Interesting. As far as I can see, the calculation the benchmark is doing is not changed by this little trick/tweak.
  9. Hm, another timing issue. I've updated the page now. The real end date is July 12 (like the press release says). Elimination time is correct too .
  10. Okay, seems like there was a timing-alignment issue: the competition was closed before the stages were closed. Timing-alignment is a fancy word for me actually messing up. Solution: we'll open the competition one more week (closing July 9, 23:59 GMT+2) so everyone has an equal chance .
  11. We have a staff meeting (IRL) tomorrow, so we'll be able to look at the problem in detail.

  13. Fixed that, I.M.O.G. Thanks for the heads up!
  14. Which fix are we talking about specifically?
  15. http://bugs.hwbot.org/browse/HWBOT-766 It seems that the error is as simple as the i18n strings not being in our translation file. Fixed that now, the right phrase should be there when we update our HWBOT engine again
  16. Not scheduled. Fyi, we just took on a really, really big HWBOT-related project. That means the development time for the actual site is very limited again. We're looking into the possibility of hiring additional coding force, but that itself isn't so easy either.
  17. How consistent is the workaround, Zeneffect? Like I mentioned before, sometimes I can boot the 2600 divider without any issue as well. But even if I save the profile, loading it afterwards would result in a '51' anyway. The consistency of booting up with specific settings isn't right; at least on my two boards. Tried your approach, btw. I don't get a '51' instantly, but it gets stuck to 15 for 2 reboots and then throws an OC failed error.
  18. Before both Frederik and myself left office, we did apply a small fix to the point calculation. That might be the cause of the lower points; let's check ...
  19. When using 1.9V, i can finish 32M at 2600C8-12-8 no problem. But ... I don't think the vdimm should be this high for the kit; should be possible at lower voltages too.
