Yes, but we're not blocking each score where the validation is a bit off. In the first case, the moderators have to take down the cheated/faked scores, in second case the suspicious ones.
If a score is not suspicious at all, there's no reason to block it, even if the verification is not 100% okay. Note that a score still can be blocked because of a lack of verification; in superpi or pifast scores, a CPU-Z is absolutely mandatory, for instance.
