Why did you submit the same score twice? The scores will block each other. I've deleted the older one, it's fine now Also please remove the '? recalculate=true' when you share links. It puts unnecessary load on the server if the ranking is recalculated each time someone clicks the link.

I pushed a recalculation of the sub. I'm not sure if @Leeghoofd disabled recalculation until the weekend though, as the engine doesn't seem to catch up.

Then let's just say I'd advocate for a lower threshold for a lower amount of submissions.

The points are interpolated between the thresholds, right? Might be better to use 5 points for one (or one to five) submission and increase to 15 points based on the amount of submissions.
