June 25, 20159 yr vadimua said: Hello. I found something.RealTemp, CoreTemp, etc. must be disabled. This software has the option calibration sensor. You can set the high value of the offset. And bench on extreme devices (SS, chiller, etc.). CPUID HWMonitor - does not have calibration options. Only it should be allowed. Let me update my score with HWMonitor for more valid result. Thanks for the info! Edited June 25, 20159 yr by speed.fastest
June 26, 20159 yr How I can enable HPET in gpupi  >cmd.exe as Admin >bcdedit /set useplatformclock true >restart pc
June 26, 20159 yr Let me update my score with HWMonitor for more valid result. Thanks for the info!  Your nickname is pretty good for the competition  :celebration:
June 26, 20159 yr Your nickname is pretty good for the competition  :celebration:  Well, my name is a hope
June 29, 20159 yr Administrators Here is link to the official GPUPI support thread, driver and open CL are linked there as well https://www.overclockers.at/news/gpupi-international-support-thread
July 2, 20159 yr Of course allowed. i-7 for stage2, Pentiun for stage3. Take a closer look, many participants use two processors. And please write to my nickname without errors.
July 3, 20159 yr Author @ bbaxter18 : Nice play Thanks. i need to get cracking again. Had a few hiccups.
July 8, 20159 yr Administrators Please make sure that your screenshots also show cpuz mainboard tab to prove that you used the mandatory Asus mainboard, seems that some people forgot about this. I cannot guarantee these results will be accepted for the competition without this
July 11, 20159 yr Why is the CPU temperature in idle must be higher than 20C? I think it's... not logical. The Enthusiast League, according to the rules, water or air temperature must be higher zero. When use ice water 1C, processor idle temperature of 6-8C. This is normal. This is by rules of the league. Not interesting to use warm water to get a 20C in idle. You're not fighting for a maximum result, you are fighting with a water temperature that would not fall below 20C.  GIGABYTE Z97 Last Hurrah Ambient Challenge : 'The CPU load temperature must be higher than 25°C'. It is right!  ROG OC Showdown Formula Series Round 2: 'No extreme cooling (<20°C) allowed'. Seriously, idle below 20 is extreme? Why the limit?
July 11, 20159 yr People can hit 25+ on single stages which you cant match with water cooling at all, rules are fine imho...
July 11, 20159 yr CPU in a idle heated very slightly. The limit should be only for the temperature in the load. That's what I want to say.
July 12, 20159 yr Just respect the rules, it's not about Enthusiast only, but the competition rules is more important i think. Even if they say CPU Idle must be higher than 50°C. Just follow the rules, if not don't join the competition. The more important think is not all about gear, but skill and luck. Just my 2 cents.
July 12, 20159 yr I agree with you. It's a good competition, good balance. I'm talking about something else. This limit doesn't allow to show the maximum result for enthusiasts H2O/air.
July 12, 20159 yr Administrators I used X99 until now. Can I change to Z97 for all the rounds ?  yes, only make sure you use board by asus and if screenshot is mandatory, do not forget mainboard tab of cpuz^^
July 12, 20159 yr HW Monitor is already required and that shows the board mfg and type on the top data line. An additional CPU-z tab for mainboard is redundant as long as the board mfg is showing in HW Monitor.
