speed.fastest Posted June 25, 2015 Posted June 25, 2015 (edited) vadimua said: Hello. I found something.RealTemp, CoreTemp, etc. must be disabled. This software has the option calibration sensor. You can set the high value of the offset. And bench on extreme devices (SS, chiller, etc.). CPUID HWMonitor - does not have calibration options. Only it should be allowed. Let me update my score with HWMonitor for more valid result. Thanks for the info! Edited June 25, 2015 by speed.fastest Quote

Administrators websmile Posted June 29, 2015 Administrators Posted June 29, 2015 Here is link to the official GPUPI support thread, driver and open CL are linked there as well https://www.overclockers.at/news/gpupi-international-support-thread Quote
Nik Posted July 2, 2015 Posted July 2, 2015 Is it allowed bench with 2 CPUs? Â Vallimua bench with 2 CPUs!? Quote
vadimua Posted July 2, 2015 Posted July 2, 2015 Of course allowed. i-7 for stage2, Pentiun for stage3. Take a closer look, many participants use two processors. And please write to my nickname without errors. Quote
bbaxter18 Posted July 3, 2015 Author Posted July 3, 2015 @ bbaxter18 : Nice play Thanks. i need to get cracking again. Had a few hiccups. Quote
Administrators websmile Posted July 8, 2015 Administrators Posted July 8, 2015 Please make sure that your screenshots also show cpuz mainboard tab to prove that you used the mandatory Asus mainboard, seems that some people forgot about this. I cannot guarantee these results will be accepted for the competition without this Quote
vadimua Posted July 11, 2015 Posted July 11, 2015 Why is the CPU temperature in idle must be higher than 20C? I think it's... not logical. The Enthusiast League, according to the rules, water or air temperature must be higher zero. When use ice water 1C, processor idle temperature of 6-8C. This is normal. This is by rules of the league. Not interesting to use warm water to get a 20C in idle. You're not fighting for a maximum result, you are fighting with a water temperature that would not fall below 20C.  GIGABYTE Z97 Last Hurrah Ambient Challenge : 'The CPU load temperature must be higher than 25°C'. It is right!  ROG OC Showdown Formula Series Round 2: 'No extreme cooling (<20°C) allowed'. Seriously, idle below 20 is extreme? Why the limit? Quote
Alex@ro Posted July 11, 2015 Posted July 11, 2015 People can hit 25+ on single stages which you cant match with water cooling at all, rules are fine imho... Quote
vadimua Posted July 11, 2015 Posted July 11, 2015 CPU in a idle heated very slightly. The limit should be only for the temperature in the load. That's what I want to say. Quote
speed.fastest Posted July 12, 2015 Posted July 12, 2015 Just respect the rules, it's not about Enthusiast only, but the competition rules is more important i think. Even if they say CPU Idle must be higher than 50°C. Just follow the rules, if not don't join the competition. The more important think is not all about gear, but skill and luck. Just my 2 cents. Quote
vadimua Posted July 12, 2015 Posted July 12, 2015 I agree with you. It's a good competition, good balance. I'm talking about something else. This limit doesn't allow to show the maximum result for enthusiasts H2O/air. Quote
MAO_FR Posted July 12, 2015 Posted July 12, 2015 I used X99 until now. Â Can I change to Z97 for all the rounds ? Quote
Administrators websmile Posted July 12, 2015 Administrators Posted July 12, 2015 I used X99 until now. Can I change to Z97 for all the rounds ?  yes, only make sure you use board by asus and if screenshot is mandatory, do not forget mainboard tab of cpuz^^ Quote
jab383 Posted July 12, 2015 Posted July 12, 2015 HW Monitor is already required and that shows the board mfg and type on the top data line. An additional CPU-z tab for mainboard is redundant as long as the board mfg is showing in HW Monitor. Quote
