Massman
Any chance for P45/X48? Why?
TaPaKaH
I think there will be very few participants in S775 category ... 1000MHz 32M capable X48 boards are hard to find, not even talking about 1050 with high FSB / tight PL + subs

Strat
Really good challenge out there Massman, there a trouble for stage 4, we can't submit with Phenom II X4 955/965/970 BE. These are Deneb Core no?
x00x
why my submission cancelled ? >> Lynnfield - SuperPI 32M at least 1300MHZ, i've benched 1227MHZ and Lory'hacker @ 1 260MHz is good. need some light for my cortex
_0CooL_
socket 1366 is not lynnfield # Only use processors using socket LGA1366. # - A verification screenshot is required. # - Please attach a picture of your overclocking rig. # - Processor speed is limited to 4500 MHz. # - Memory clock needs to be at least 1200 MHz. # - Screenshot must contain MemSet or CPU-Tweaker details

Strat
Yes but no I can't submit with 955be. The bot tells me that I can't submit in this stage with this cpu. And I noticed in the cpu list there's missing also 965 and 970 BE.
x00x
ok, understood ! : Restrictions: * - Only use processors based on the Lynnfield core. * - A verification screenshot is required. * - Please attach a picture of your overclocking rig. * - Processor speed is limited to 4500 MHz. * - Memory clock needs to be at least 1300 MHz. * - Screenshot must contain MemSet or CPU-Tweaker details ido my Memory clock needs to be at least 1300 MHz and Only use processors based on the Lynnfield core socket 1156 is good ? because it's hardiest to have =/+ 1300MHZ with 4.5GHZ ... ratio restricted ^^

xxbassplayerxx
Looks like I won't be entering. I guess my Hypers don't want to do it, even with the 970 and the lower uncore it allows. They're good for 1800 C6, but I can't seen to get even 2000 8-8-8 32M stable regardless of voltage, and they're rated for 2133 8-8-8 24 @ 1.65V. Massman
970 is Deneb right? Isn't the limitation there 900?
Massman
For those who want a challenge on LGA775 and not use a Rampage Extreme, I found one example of a gigabyte board doing DDR3-2000+ 32M: http://hwbot.org/community/submission/1079505_
TaPaKaH
first of all, that's 2:3 misreported as 3:5 and second - other ASUS models / 790i can do it too

ZFeSS
Show me! :-D My first P5E3 Deluxe flashed into Prem. This sample was crappy about mem overclock, some others can do 1050 and more. I tried two P5E3, three Dlx and now get a Prem. All of them were capable for this: 2000+ is not a problem, but 2100 is.
