In germany, for enthusiasts who only buy one cpu and delid, liquid metal is used. I think here at thread we talk about best TIM for cold, and excessive binning, so bigger sprite seems to be OK

Not only binning. I would change the TIM before every bench - between core and IHS and between IHS and pot.
