If you are still active, can you modify this bios for usage on the Z270 Apex? This should be the Dancop XOC bios, modified already for Windows XP support. https://drive.google.com/file/d/1K59XNT-e8ivb6kBWCxNXxYs-nAbouoJz/view?usp=drivesdk Quote

You got to be precise. Need magnification. Will practice on card board first. Also wonder why on Apex its not necessary to block out pads like your suppose to do with Asus boards? Quote

Blocking on ASUS is optional, worked fine without blocking on Z170-P D3 and others. Maybe it can prevent some current going where it isn't supposed to for safety I suppose. Quote
davidm71_2 Posted April 25 Posted April 25 Still playing around with this board. Noticed that the last 2701 bios says 'Supports Windows 11'. Was wondering if there is a 2701 version made by anyone? I am on 2603. Thanks. Quote

If you don't know how to rename files you probably shouldn't be using flashback to flash the BIOS, there is some risk involved. 1 Quote
