Since there is no difference in specs, except memory size, I just renamed existing category instead of creating another one:

6GB and 12GB goes into the same category.

edit: nvm, someone silently created a new category and moved most subs over. OK, seems we dont have enough work already and also want to create an extra cat for rare hw with identical specs, except mem.

I did some renaming of the categories and I hope its clearer now:
