Mr.Scott Posted June 12, 2012 Posted June 12, 2012 is quadro2pro ok, for the geforce 2 If Quadro4 isn't allowed for Geforce4, do you really think Quadro2 would be allowed for Geforce2? Quote
just_nuke_em Posted June 17, 2012 Posted June 17, 2012 (edited) So I'm benching my AGP cards, and cpuz reads this: http://valid.canardpc.com/show_oc.php?id=2408148 despite the fact that the fsb is 266. Is this going to be a problem? or should I spend time figuring it out Edited June 17, 2012 by just_nuke_em Quote
Luebke Posted June 19, 2012 Posted June 19, 2012 385.19 mhz fsb? my doesn´t work @ 283 mhz (air cooling) -.- i´ve heard a lot about bad cpu- and gpu-samples but in this case i´ve a bad motherboard-sample nice result Quote
just_nuke_em Posted June 19, 2012 Posted June 19, 2012 (edited) CPUz is reporting it wrong, but it is validating it. FSB is 266. Or am I the only one that sees a QX9650 @ 5ghz with 1.2v incredible unrealistic , and on a 4coredual-sata2 of all boards. I guess no one seems to care, so I will keep doing what I'm doing. Edited June 20, 2012 by just_nuke_em Quote
Rasparthe Posted June 21, 2012 Posted June 21, 2012 It likely has to do with the fact that the QX9650 isn't officially recognized by the board. It will work but the handicapped FSB probably messes up the CPUz validation. Quote

I.nfraR.ed Posted July 13, 2012 Posted July 13, 2012 (edited) I have to bring out the old question about bugged driver 97.44. There are some submissions in the rankings with that driver and the question is if we are allowed to use it in the competition? It's either we all use it, or nobody uses it. Equal playing field and so on. If I have to vote, I'd say no, but don't want to be beaten only because someone used it and I didn't. Wanted to say it at least for those who are not aware of this. I know finding the right driver is part of the fun, but for gf4 it's obvious which one gives highest scores. Edited July 13, 2012 by I.nfraR.ed Quote
xsuperbgx Posted July 19, 2012 Posted July 19, 2012 "The prizes for this sub-competition will be provided by MSI. More details follow this week!" Is there any prizes to be given away for the geforce contest winners? Quote
