K404 Posted September 25, 2012 Posted September 25, 2012 Thankyou for crossing your fingers Board stopped at 6.3GHz again and this is NOT a 6.3GHz CPU. Board has had its chances. I'm moving to something else. Quote
Crew Leeghoofd Posted September 25, 2012 Author Crew Posted September 25, 2012 Vcore issues Kenny, shutting down ? Quote
l0ud_sil3nc3 Posted September 25, 2012 Posted September 25, 2012 ya I think they are great boards for 24/7 users / builds, but I think I will wait for the UD7 before wasting any more LN2 on another Giga (UD3/5) I think it is time to try another vendors board Kenny:D Quote
K404 Posted October 16, 2012 Posted October 16, 2012 I had a shot of a cold UD3H tonight..... PCI-E problems are gone, vCore problems are gone. Different USB controller to UD5H though, which is a bit of a pain. on existing installs. Quote
Crew Leeghoofd Posted October 19, 2012 Author Crew Posted October 19, 2012 Also a tip : use one of the USB ports on the bottom of the board Kenny Quote
sin0822 Posted October 19, 2012 Posted October 19, 2012 yea and if you use XP change it from smart auto to auto for xhci i think, but i think GB already did this recently. That changes intel USB 3.0 to USB 2.0, as XP drivers for intel USB 3.0 dont' exist. Quote
