Bones Posted September 15, 2012 Posted September 15, 2012 Well sure looks like it to me based on what I've seen with these challenges: http://hwbot.org/challenge/rondalvess_cpu_frequency_country_challenge___aug_21_2012_until_aug_28_2012/ This one was only for folks from Brazil. http://hwbot.org/challenge/rsa_alvess_cpu_frequency_global_challenge___aug_22_2012_until_aug_29_2012/ This was for anyone wanting to take a crack at it. Note that the winning result from both was the actual limitation/handicap of the challenge itself meaning any challengers could not win = No chance in Hell guys. I understand these are for fun, not moderated and yes, I also don't have to compete in any of these myself BUT isn't this maybe a tad on the ridiculous side vs what challenges are supposed to actually be? Just sayin guys..... Quote
TerraRaptor Posted September 15, 2012 Posted September 15, 2012 agree - this needs some amendmends Quote
Crew Leeghoofd Posted September 15, 2012 Crew Posted September 15, 2012 silliest compos ever, who even wants to enter this,... beats me... maybe just tests to see if it worked... otherwise plain lol to the compo starters Quote
knopflerbruce Posted September 15, 2012 Posted September 15, 2012 Well, if I could edit the scores neither of those results are winning subs, as they are 0.3 and 0.34mhz above the limits. Quote
knopflerbruce Posted September 15, 2012 Posted September 15, 2012 Another thing... I said I can't edit, that's because the deadline has passed. That has to be a bug, you should always be able to edit incorrect frequencies etc. ALWAYS, ALWAYS, ALWAYS Quote
K404 Posted September 15, 2012 Posted September 15, 2012 Well, HWB kinda saw this situation coming, that's one reason why challenges are not worth any points Quote
knopflerbruce Posted September 15, 2012 Posted September 15, 2012 It sucks that these two won their challenges when their results are incorrect. Maybe I should delete both? Quote
Mr.Scott Posted September 15, 2012 Posted September 15, 2012 (edited) It sucks that these two won their challenges when their results are incorrect. Maybe I should delete both? Fair. Couldn't follow the rules in their own stacked challange. That's pretty bad. Edited September 15, 2012 by Mr.Scott Quote
Eeky NoX Posted September 17, 2012 Posted September 17, 2012 Pff! And I? I started a challenge for z68 max bclk... I lost cus the guy scored with s775 -.- ...WTF? Nobody will ever beat me on M4G nah! Quote
Apfelkuchen Posted September 18, 2012 Posted September 18, 2012 I know I was in that one, but I deleted my sub after you told me to - unfortunately, if the uploader doesnt want to remove his wrong score, it will stay in there like the winners score in Eeky's challenge. Quote
sin0822 Posted September 20, 2012 Posted September 20, 2012 Pff! And I? I started a challenge for z68 max bclk... I lost cus the guy scored with s775 -.- ...WTF? Nobody will ever beat me on M4G nah! come beat me on Z77 Quote
