zzolio Posted May 22, 2013 Posted May 22, 2013 how did you get CL7 to performing on mpower I've tried unsuccessfully Quote
l0ud_sil3nc3 Posted May 22, 2013 Author Posted May 22, 2013 Set tWCL to 6, and make sure to run the slots closest to the cpu. Quote
Eeky NoX Posted May 22, 2013 Posted May 22, 2013 Ahah! Yes always set tWCL 1 under Cas Zzolio. Good tip for slot Loud, it would save time. And great chip you have there (not my case unfortunatly...) Quote
zzolio Posted May 22, 2013 Posted May 22, 2013 thanks I bought new cpu hopes it can more than the old will try them on ln2 this weekend Quote
l0ud_sil3nc3 Posted May 22, 2013 Author Posted May 22, 2013 @ Calathea yup all on air, 1.88v I found out tWCL 7 is broken and slow, like many things on the MPower lol @ Hazzan thanks bro, there's a bit left in it I think as the mount was pretty bad upon tear down, will revisit. Quote
Crew Leeghoofd Posted May 22, 2013 Crew Posted May 22, 2013 How does it work out with Hynix rams ? got these prety tight at 2600C10 on the Mpower during the review testing Quote

I was thinking Samsung, but the RipZ kit worked so well I was hard pressed to remove it especially with the -110c cbb coupled with the fact that all clocks were booted from the bios as my OS does not support ME installation. Crew Leeghoofd Posted May 22, 2013 Crew Posted May 22, 2013 I had a terrible time with the newer biosses and my 2666C10 kit. Ram dividers broken, had to clock up from 2400 or 2600 divider (don't recall exactly). But the Corsair and G.Skill 2800C11 kits went quite nice. Anyway good luck mate in the competition, kick ass CPU ! Quote

I usually pick winners like you when it comes to binning Ivy, but I guess I got lucky this time. Quote
