Any use of sub ambient cooling will move you to the Extreme league. Maybe the staff should add the rules for the 2 new leagues to the general rules page. -

No where near as reliable, but properly tweaked the board can scream. It's just very fragile. Suffer's from 'death sleep' and easily corrupted bios's.
