you can run it without VR gear, looks a bit weird at moments

well I don't see any prob with a sub without a setup picture... if required we can always ask extra proof.

only found this one Scotty, wasn't it reinvoked like in 2017? https://hwbot.org/newsflash/2599_system_pictures_no_longer_mandatory_for_enthusiast_submissions

please resolve this situation
Leeghoofd replied to NATA 58's topic in Submission & member moderation
It's on the the to do bug list... No quick fix expected... After Q1 earliest -
Let us guide you: Submission is in the wrong category: your score is from a 3DMARK Firestrike benchmark, but it ended up in 3DMARK Port Royal. Always compare your score with others... 40K versus 14K for number2 For 3D: benchmark score window 2 X CPUZ tab: one for CPU and one for the memory (motherboard and SPD memory tab are optional) GPUZ for the graphics card clocks GPUZ sensor tab ( to show the boost/real clocks) Should look something like this one: It takes some time to get used to the extra validation required. Enjoy your stay

XTU receives no more boints, all points are gone... The unreleased hardware bug can be fixed by using an earlier version of XTU.

don't understand the assignment of points
Leeghoofd replied to NATA 58's topic in Submission & member moderation
There will be a new point distribution system around end of May, this is still the old algorithm that calculates in relation to the fastest result. Meaning that the rest goes down rapidly percentage wise. We want to get rid of this silly cut-off points implementation, new point system around end of May. I hope it is clear now. -

Yes, that's normal ranking for all processors for this benchmark. Also the reason why some users are mentioned several times. You have to select the core count you want to compare... PcMark express does not scale well with core count as I mentioned before in several threads. -

That's the issue with the current cut-off system and the reason it will be removed hopefully around end of May. Splave's score is too fast and nr3 is out of the range... so only 1 silly point... -
in December it was +/-12 euros for the entire 3Dmark and PCMark suite... Monitor them Steam sales... Don't focus on the attributed points, this will change around March... transition time and patience from your side is required. Wprime not gonna open that convo again, it's done and dealth with. CBR15 replaced by R20 seems a logic evolution. We got remarks R15 is too fast on modern setups. Secondly if we can figure out a "legal" HWBOT mod for eg R20 or R23, that might be in the pipeline. Y-cruncher is really though benchmark, good to have an AVX benchmark so its not only Vermeer for the multicore action in CB, Geek,... PCMARK10 was picked to give people an option to bench their storage and also to compare our overclocked data with the ones from reviews etc,... Express doesn't scale so heavily with cores as the Extended version according to Charles, but it's done in around 10 minutes. The Extended is like 30 minutes ish... So its a compromise and yes something out of the comfort zone for many benchers here, but you guys quickly adapt.

you have a 840.1 right from 2014

Dual channel beats single channel... add another dimm and see your XTU scores fly -
drachendreck - Core i5 7600K @ 4710MHz - 891 marks XTU

Yours are single dimm... XTU scales a lot with memory -

snippit from the wordpress archives. Only people that maybe could reply to that question are no longer active here HWBOT started 2005 as a school task by Frederik Colardyn, but due to large success development continued after graduation...

looproll - GeForce RTX 3080 - 32056 marks 3DMark - Time Spy

wrong category, also not a proper verification screenshot sir, include CPUZ tabs (CPU and memory) plus GPUZ. -
Thank you for that constructive criticism. This new lineup has been for most benches decided by the active people around here... Honestly I don't see a problem with the current lineup... I see logical shifts, especially in 3D, where the CPU importance is far less now and its more about clocking your GPU. I guess that's what a 3D benchmark is about. But opinions can differ. I guess some of us go to that specific restaurant and order the same meal time after time...

Dear mr Matthew, 1.Roman has some ideas for the points, the programmer has to translate it into code. If something is up on UAT I'll post it here so you guys can try it and evaluate it. 2. Change to GPUPI 3.3 has been requested in the 3D thread, no change was mentioned for the 3.2 for CPU... Anyway I talked to Matt and GPUPI 4.0 will not be very different in output than v3.3, so we can merge those probably in the future. Yes the WR points column will be removed, only the WR rank will remain when watching the sub and will change a tiny bit like this

CB R15 and wprime1024 not more GL? or temporal bug?
Leeghoofd replied to Basofia's topic in HWBOT News
Indeed, welcome back to 2020: CBR15 got replaced by R20 Wprime got replaced by Y-cruncher -
its not a designed bug for sure, oversight of me and the programmer when we checked during the weekend ? Will be corrected...
-
we are far from there yet bro... still so much to cover and solve

can you be a bit more specific. You don't get any points or are there errors in the ranking, a screenshot would be better than I have to go through all subs; fyi globals have been removed from these benches
