Probably not an awful lot, but there must be enough interest in overclocking in general for companies like ASRock and Gigabyte to produce "OC" series boards.
Having a small microprocessor company make OC products probably wouldn't be profitable due to the RMA rate that comes with it I imagine. Just think about how many Haswell CPUs must have been RMA'd by HWBot users alone, would be many thousands.
I'm really confused and maybe it's because I'm still quite new around here, but what is all this talk about the OC scene being against Iran?
As far as I'm concerned it doesn't matter where you're from, we all have the same rules, we all compete in the same league so we all get treated the same?
If this isn't the case then I'd like an explanation as to why this is.
Just so that we're clear, I wasn't accusing Don since I didn't know the situation clearly, however photoshopping is clear manipulation and is definite cheating. If the result is clearly photoshopped and was trying to deceivingly gain an advantage then the user should be banned from competitions for a specific amount of time which would be discussed by the admins, I would personally say they should forget about MOA 2015 if that's true.
Not trying to start a lynch mob just trying to point out what should be clear.
I don't understand how people at this level resort to cheating in order to get into the tournament
Edit : If needs be I'll happily take a ticket if there is one going
Devils canyon might be a bit of a flop at the moment in terms of extreme overclocking, but the Penitums are just god awful
There has only been what, two or three good batches so far??
On a side note, Vivi, update the first post
hahaha, fuck y.... Oh wait.
Not a bad idea, but with the way the rankings system currently works we have it good in the sense that anyone using new ES chips have to be in Elite anyway, so you're only competing with people with the same sort of advantage as you anyway.
well I'm with erick, if the rule stated when he uploaded the result that only a catzilla file was required then in my book the result should stand. Can't be expected to produce a result out of thin air at the end of the day.
I'm so glad that the time got extended for another month, I only have 1 day off a week and I usually spend that doing something with friends.
I have about 7-8 stages I still need to bench for too so don't rule out OCN just yet
Yeah I know it's a long shot, but I figured if anyone has one then it would be someone on here. Might start looking for a notebook to do some volt mods with, might get lucky and even get a better chipset that way too
Really want to get my hands on a i975Xa-YDG for a bit of Yonah clocking fun, let me know what you want for one of these.
Also after some good ol' TCCD and BH-5 ram, preferably with the brainpower PCB for the TCCD and also a 2 x 256MB kit for the BH-5. If you have either to sell then please give me a shout
Lewis.
