    regarding paste we spread it on the die. As for the glue we spread it all around the edges of the IHS.

    as mentioned before we didnt mount pot that tight cause we did not want cpu to bend; it should work I guess, but we wanted to avoid the risk. We used Gelid on both die and IHS after sealing it.
