  1. I am happy I aint competing in this section allowing dual CPU boards you are just gifting wprime to whoever gets 2 celerons running together we have the winner. Thats not really a fair competition why compete if you have got no chance in hell unless you can run out and buy a dual board from somewhere quickly. If dual CPUs are allowed change wprime to pifast then there is no advantage to dual boards.
  2. It was a fun comp well done everyone The next time Socket 7 is used though no CPU frequencies its just too much drama with the validation benchmarks like SPI, Wprime and say Cine 2003 would be better.
  3. Well thats simple DMI=1 I had to rerun mine because I forgot to set it. You know what to do Michael they cant plead ignorance its in the limitations on the competition page.
  4. Its on this page Griff. https://community.hwbot.org/topic/171301-osibs-season-4-design-thread/?page=5
  5. Help I cant edit or delete my SPI sub for OSisBS I reran this morning and was able to edit the frequency subs put a new screenshot and CPUz Validation up with DMI=0 but I cant edit the score of the SPI sub I also cant delete the SPI sub to put a new one up and there is only 6 hrs to go.
  6. Here is my Video of the 166 booting at 3.5 multi. Excuse the Australian accent https://youtu.be/4ttW7QwEmRs
  7. Yes I should be able to do sorry my first Operating system crashed I had DMI=0 but forgot to set it with this one I will have more Nitrogen on Thursday do you want a video like Taggs showing that this 166 will run on a 3.5x multi too.
  8. I like the idea of Photo verification. The K6's I have got are these CPU world says they are both .35um. http://www.cpu-world.com/CPUs/K6/AMD-K6%20200%20-%20AMD-K6-200ALR.html http://www.cpu-world.com/CPUs/K6/AMD-K6%20233%20-%20AMD-K6-233ANR.html Validation seems like the biggest problem at the moment because CPUz wont validate with them we cant submit it.
  9. If I remember rightly there was validation problems before today with socket 7 from memory I think it was done on trust or the bench could of been changed There is a banner on the main competition page with a cassette radio I thought that would of been the background. I say one of us ask Albrecht or Frederick
  10. Alby you will do fine I am sure you are certainly needed at the moment.
  11. HEDT is usually never allowed in competitions and it does say Socket 1155. You are new so probably didnt read it properly. Quote: Accumulate the most points in the different stages of the season rounds and become the Division Champion. In Challenger Division VII round 1 the processor choice is limited to Sandy bridge 1155. The graphics card choice is limited to a Nvidia Geforce 400 graphics cards. You can find more information about restrictions on the competition stage pages.
  12. Sorry to see you go Michael. All the best in the future.
  13. Set the CPU switch to OC mode and 3 extra voltages appear in the Bios from memory they are LV4 to LV6.
  14. I agree the CPU is compatible with the board no adaptor is needed should be allowed.
  15. Usually in the pic of the ladder when everyone goes up one spot like that in one day the person that was below Mat Agnesi changed leagues then everyone goes up a spot all at once of course the month Column changes differently as peoples rankig goes up and down.
  16. I agree totally Matt but if Electon Libre can show up and tell us how he actually done it then I will be able to do it again and so should everyone else. My actual choice is to change the bench.
  17. I have to comment here because I believe in Honesty too. I installed W10 and setup everything up and on the first run it crashed I was using the same clocks as I was with 3D03 so I lowered them a bit and it went through and gave me 851 marks so I thought beauty saved the screenshot and subbed it this was on the second day of the comp. I wasnt thinking anything about bugged run or anything as far as I knew at the time it was good. Later I tried the openGL API in the bench and got a very low score after going back and trying the Direct X API again I could not reproduce the score. I have been trying for days and done 4 more complete reinstalls. I can get 730 easily enough just tweaking with inspector and am sure I can get into the 800's with cold on the card. As I said I believe in honesty and fairness but I am not removing the score I have not got the highest score maybe Electron Libre can come in here and tell us all how he got a score of 889 he's score appeared a few day ago and I would say he was out to beat my score so maybe he knows how to do it legally. Edit: Michael if we change the bench I vote for heaven its in a wrapper and is the same thing basically it also meets the objective of keeping the CPU out of the bench.
