Hmm, you are right it would be difficult if you could not report scores yourself. I was just worried about conflicts of interest. If it was a joint discussed decision then I have no major issue with it. Thank you for being open about it.

Apparently someone thought they were "too efficient". I just want to point out the person who reports/suspects a submission cannot be the same person who moderates/deletes it. You know, you can't be judge, jury and executioner. You should also have a chance to defend yourself, before the verdict is carried out.
