  1. Tested the 3400c16, good mems, but this is real hard for Z170 and I do not have 2011-3 - in dual channel these need overproportional voltage compared to single stick tests, and on Hero 8 at quad configuration I opted at out 3466 c10 at around 2v, 3466 c11 was ~1,8v at 4x16gb 32m. http://ocxtreme.net/viewtopic.php?f=8&t=34
  2. Great run, so easy how you do these on different boards Reference is now here http://hwbot.org/submission/3197949_
  3. Payment received, thanks, will ship tomorrow
  4. Why? You are not responsible for distribution and sales - you owe nothing to guys without MOCF
  5. Morning, after some incidents last days I decided to cancel all my open orders and to sell my remaining bench gear and go on a longer break, no idea how long. All items work, all CPUS and the G.Skills come in box and should have full warranty, no delids, no heatspreader removed, all never on cold 1. Intel Core i7 6700K boxed Batch L603F337, tests on air with Prolimatech Megahalems on my now dead Asus Maximus VIII Hero BIOS 0014 resulted in boot, win enter at 7x64 and 1m 1,39v BIOS (1,408v CPUZ) and SPI32m 1,405v BIOS (1,424v CPUZ), both 4/8, Hwbotprime worked 1,41-1,42v BIOS (1,42-1,44v CPUZ) reproducable. In Box 2. Intel Core i7 6700K boxed Batch L604F282, tests on air with Prolimatech Megahalems and 2x1200Upm fans resulted in Boot and win enter 1,36v Bios (1,37v CPUZ) and hwbotprime 1,37v BIOS(1,39v CPUZ), all 4/8 on win7x64. After a test yesterday I noticed the cpu has a bent pcb after I removed it from socket, works flawless nontheless(tested several times with new mount and reinsertion) and is not delidded as well. In box 3. Intel Pentium G4400 boxed L526 batch, my true backup-cpu, 4.7ghz++ 1,4v for all benches, no delidded. in box with fan, but I can leave this out to save weight and money at shipping 4. G.Skill TridentZ DDR4-3600 Cl17-18-18-38 1,35v retail One of the better kits I had, 3866 12-12-12-28 1t 220 1,85v on Impact and around same on Hero, will work at higher freq as well. In original packaging 5; 2x8GB G.Skill RipjawV DR4-3600 C17-18-18-38 1,35v New retails, 1615A500, tested for 3866 c12-12-12-28 1T 220 1,84v, decent bench kit. Prices 1. 360 Euros+shipping 2. 435 Euros+shipping sold 3. na 4. 145 Euros+shipping sold to kimandsally 5. 135 Euros sold Payment with paypal or western union, buyer takes care of fees, shipping varies between 10-20 Euros in EU for single items depending on value(Deutsche Post or DHL, insured with tracking), please ask for a quote if you are unsure or from outside of EU I will sell my last working 1151 board (Impact8 ) and an Maximus 6 Extreme plus maybe some more stuff at a seperate thread before I kill this as well, so feel free to ask about combined shipping as well in case you are interested in several items As stated before, I have to rule out returns and warranty provided by me, eu law on used goods makes me do this. Nonthless manufacturers warranty should be alive for all items. ON oc, ymmv, but I don´t use xtreme cooling or voodoo, and boards I use are not known to be monster air clockers for sure
  6. Depending on system you use, i3 should be ok, on 1151 lots of mainboard have option to unlock OC on this, these are nice chips then. For the start 2x4gb should do the job., your power supply is also OK. On the brand and model of the mainboard, I guess there are people more versatile than me, I use Asus ROG boards atm, but these are not cheap. IGP for the start is ok, you can buy a small used vga as well if you want, but graphics card is easy to upgrade normally when you want one or bigger model later. Modding BIOS is normally not needed - but you will have to learn how the settings there work, and you will succeed in this, there are also helpful guides

Sorry guys, I deleted the off topic in the off topic^^, I saw of course also some valid arguments but let´s simply focus on ozzie´s problem, when things escalate, private chat or PM is better to clear problems - I hope that´s OK with all of you
  8. We had around 10 ambient contests with prices in 2015, each Formula ROG round was standalone with prices, MSI and Gigabyte did as well(GA 5 comps with prices, MSI 2, and this is only what I remember at first try), ROG camp and one or two more @Elkim agree on the binning, sometimes people are only angry because they bin 20 chips less than guy next door -on the verification... well, at the moment it is the way it is. For me personally this is not the biggest problem, I believe in benchers honesty, but we always get tons of troubles and quarrel because we cannot verify this 100%
  9. @Elkim No way we can verify the rig and cooling used atm - I have for example two Impact 7 boards, what should stop me from submitting even a real time picture of system in use with air cooling while I bench LN2 on second?^^ @Wizerty Ranking is no big problem for me and also in general, I benched with more fun when Hwbot didn´t even had an Enthusiast league but all competed in one league. Lot of people here said "keep it simple" and personally I agree on this, despite seeing the advantages league splits have. It is also not about persons, it is about the system of rewards when we have to rely on honesty at cooling used and also see it is less effort financially than buying LN2 for example. You know that EL is never full out^^ @GeorgeStorm Hwbot and also vendors already did this partly, but it is the accumulation that causes the problem, this is why we consider a seasons cap for competitions that do not involve extreme cooling allowed. I think I stated the reasons above. The thread is a brainstorm, as said opinions are welcome because we (and this includes me^^) want to find solutions that are approved by the majority, I do not want to enforce my look on things here. But the staff gets tons of feedback also in personal contacts that you never see here at the forums or discussions, we observe also the numbers of entries at competitions and so on. You can believe that we do not propose changes because we are bored P.S. Brice28, saw your post after mine, but I hope I partly answered your question as well. The accumulation is the main problem
  10. Because these are enthusiast competitions - you drive f3, you do not get higher payment than f1 driver.. I think this is quite simple. At Pro league no need for limitation. You simply forget that Enthusiast league is by definition a hobby league, and we don´t focus on people but on the system. Why should someone provide 5K worth prices a year to guys who don´t fight at highest level, look at pro comps and you see 99% of those get a lot less but have higher cost because of LN2 and fight against better benchers. You want to make a highest level approach, compete against the best with best possible cooling. I start to think that it was a mistake to create competitions with prices for the hobby league, we cannot fully verify cooling and we lowered motivation to level up. Seems it is time to return to the lucky draw system for this, this would solve this problem
  11. Based on the proposal Christian made, you are limitted to three top 3 places at enthusiast competitions, afterwards you have to participate in what we call nowadays extreme/elite/all out competitions. If I understood this correctly, your 100 chip man will have to play with the big boys after that, pro binning, high success=pro competitions P.S I really want to thank all that give feedback here, we need this to see what you like, if our ideas are welcome and make sense. No need to agree with what I say for example, or the propsals made, if you have different ideas, these are welcome
  12. Saw the finals, was really interesting and intense, grats to both participants for pushing hard
  13. At both proposals we discuss, this is the bigger picture... ranking is determined by points and/or comp success at #2 respectively by choice of Pro, ranked or unranked league which also has a competition limit in it at #3 - cooling is irrelevant for both proposals apart from maybe comps when no fixed clock limit is applied for competitions
  14. When me and others fought for EL competitions, and also that prices were provided, we all did not intend this to be a source of income for people at pro level. This is all I say about this, it was meant to give more thrill and small reward for good benchers who decided to stay at above zero cooling. Enthusiast is leaue for hobby, you can take a hobby serious, but when you earn money by this, after a certain level it is professional. In the end, it is also a question of relation, if someone wins 90% of all el comps, why should be let him keep on doing so when he obviously is that good that he should compete at a pro or elite level? You cannot have same rewards at "formula hobby or three" than you get at Formula 1...
  15. Don´t get this wrong, Tobias, after recent development we want to make sure that exactly this does not! happen. We see people with pro level binning and hardware at enthusiast league that dominate the ambient competition. This is not what we want, so if you win or do good at a certain amount of el comps, we consider this to be a pro effort and automatically upgrade those members or block them from ambient competitions which were once made for hobby league and now are the source of income for people who obviously make easy life by avoiding upleveling and grab all el comp prices - might be formulated a bit harsh, but this is feedback I received by a lot of enthusiasts after last years competition facit
  16. The AHCI driver is missing on your USB drive and did you prepare the USB stick with RMprep? If I remeber correctly I also unpacked firadisk drivers, and have them twice on usb, noob style, not sure this makes a difference though P.S. Asmedia driver missing? I did traditional way on asus and asrock, so maybe you need to add this at Image of xp, I never had this at my installs
