Not sure this will help you, you have to be online and logged into hwbot account to do. No idea if you can save a file offline and then submit, I doubt it

very nice score and mem frequency, good work

ROG OC SHOWDOWN EXTREME SERIES ROUND 3 DISCUSSION
websmile replied to Achill3uS's topic in HWBOT Competitions
I took a look at the results, didn´t moderate them though, will do next day - please check aquamark rules, the screenshot has to be obtained with the integrated screenshot tool, which sinmply means you have to have your gpuz and cpuz windows opened when you save the result! - saving the result and then doing another screenshot for validation purposes with an external tool is not valid, I saw at least two results which I will have to block, so please re run am3 if you now see the mistake P.S. did the check now, please note that only amd, nvidia or Asus branded cards are allowed for 3d, and if you miss a score, check the rules please -
No validation link needed, use lastest system info though and make a valid screenshot

Send a pm to funslinger to see how chances are, but I am not sure this is possible. Try it anyway

http://hwbot.org/news/9664_application_58_rules/ It is always better to ask if you are in doubt, but sometimes a simple look at the rules helps - allowed optimizations include tesselation tweak

Bug with Score moderation
websmile replied to K404's topic in HWBOT Development: bugs, features and suggestions
No, you have to check the box when you edit and want to rob it of points - done -
You can use IPC only at around same clocks and cpu to compare, the gain per 100MHz at same memory settings decreases the higher you get at frequency. P.S. There might be a super formula which can calculate this starting from a base value, but I am not math prof^^

Bug with Score moderation
websmile replied to K404's topic in HWBOT Development: bugs, features and suggestions
No bug most likely, at edit it might have been forgotten to check the box at "no points". Please link it so I can check this and maybe fix -
There has to be found a solution for the old subs, I did requests on this already several times but we still have status quo, doesn´t seem to be this easy. The problems of lost screenshots, lost info at old forum scans and the messed up validations at wprime net are not new, and we need a solution and decision On the general issue, we have rules, these say what is mandatory for validation and what not. I see no way why staff should do bencher`s work when they don´t bother to enter non mandatory information like mainboard used at cpuz cpu frequency validation or spd tab/mainboard tab at 3d benches, and why should we correct wrong information on this when people use pre-occupy button and don´t bother to edit mainboard for example? We are here to enforce rules and not to pamper people who don´t bother to make complete form submission but only put in what is used for validating score. I also see no reason to report results because non mandatory information is wrong or missing, and this is a major problem when people do this, because it is nonsense, and this is what I criticzed here before. Where do we set the line, psu model missing, report because you see it at picture? We are a community build on people being responsible for their actions, submissions and information that is given, and moderators task is to make sure results are valid with the rules, we are not the nsa. And again on topic, when I have lots of correct results reported by a few users because the guys don´t read the rules or google what they report (MSI model at validation for example, is often shown which internal msi mainboard number, you can easily check this instead of reporting correctly listed submission, on 3ds validation links are often not mandatory or even possible on old 3dmarks) we have to find a solution. This is trolling and not acceptable if it happens all the time, and this annoys benchers massively, and staff on top. Everyone shoudlld really check the rules again if he is unsure if a score is valid or not, before!! he reports, this is a fair deal P.S. To make this clear, it is OK when you report a submission that is not compliant with the rules - on the old stuff, it is mainly our own fault that we have no solution so far. But reporting valid subs because of being bored and being too lazy to read the rules is not OK, and this is what I call trolling if it happens all the time by same persons

Challenger 2016 Div IV Round 1 Discussion
websmile replied to websmile's topic in HWBOT Competitions
What is unclear about this? In the rules for the benchmarks like FSE it is explicitly mentioned that tesselation tweaking is allowed and legal tweaking -

No ES hardware, we usually handle this at all comps this way unless they are explicitly allowed -

Yes, this is an old issue that was first discovered at D-die, it also solves some problems at E-die (your mems) and I think also on new B -

The Official Rookie Rumble AMD #24 thread
websmile replied to Crosshard's topic in HWBOT Competitions
You can use different AMD Cpus for different stages, yes -
This is the ferrari division, you can discuss about it for sure. But we have seven divisions which is the limit of our capacities atm, we also have to integrate amd, retro, and mobile because people want it, so three new-gen intel divsions have to do it. If you want to play it cheaper, there are enough alternatives for sure

The Old School 2016 Round 2 Discussion Thread

The need for a validation link for maxmem was removed, so if you want to submit it should work. Please let me know if you still encounter problems -
Can't go over 3200MHz with Ripjaws V 3000 C15
websmile replied to Alan_Alberino's topic in Memory Heaven (air/extreme)
This is weird, some MFR do not scale with voltage, so more volts often don´t help at 3333 and more, maybe you can try if they do 3000c11 or 3200 c12 to determine quality -

Try 16-18, maybe it helps - would be helpful if you can confirm sn, age and code can help to see which ics are used -
Challenger 2016 Div VI Round 1 Discussion
websmile replied to websmile's topic in HWBOT Competitions
Opops, sorry, I forgot this is mobile division - I have no idea if this is possible, I am no expert for mobiles and normally don´t moderate these I would propose you send a PM to genieben, he will most likely know if this works and how -
Check available memory at system, if you use latest version of sysinfo and program I have no idea why it fails
-
Do you use latest versions with latest patch if available? If not, try compability mode if this works
