Posted December 19, 201410 yr Hey guys and girls, To make this short and to the point: I am looking for people who want to help researching the real cost of extreme overclocking. At the moment, there is very little public information on the real cost of our expensive hobby. Because the lack of hard figures, it's difficult to explain to anyone how expensive overclocking actually is. I am looking for overclockers from any league, Elite to Rookie, who are willing to help with the research. The idea is to document every expense and income related to overclocking during the year 2015. That includes documenting the liquid nitrogen costs, hardware purchases, travel costs, prize winnings, etc. If anyone wants to cooperate on this research project, please drop me a mail at pieter@hwbot.org. Hopefully some people are up for this! :celebration:

January 2, 201510 yr I'm in. It won't be anywhere near the amount that some of you spend but every little helps, right?
January 3, 201510 yr I've been documenting my costs since 2010 (thoroughly since 2012). At the moment my wallet is 806 Euros down compared to August 2012 (when I moved to NL) but I still have most of that money in CPUs and expensive memory kits.
January 4, 201510 yr I never got an email from you, Pieter. What part of Holland did you move to, Sam?
