Aquamark 03 and crossfirex. 3870 x2

Still there are many scores in aquamark run using xp. 2 cards may be installed but 4gpus cannot be enabled because xp doesn't support it, therefore a true run of aquamark can only be run in vista. [for 2x 3870 x2] which has 4 active cores not 2 which is only one card.

I reported some scores already but a mod has allowed them? how can they be valid if only one card is actually being used?

here is one example of what I mean. http://www.hwbot.org/result.do?resultId=766225

check the screen in that link, the drop down box shows 2 cards installed but only 2gpus are enabled.

here is another one http://www.hwbot.org/result.do?resultId=769543 see the screen? only 2 gpus enabled.

for 2x3870 x2's to be used the screens will show 4gpus enabled like this http://www.hwbot.org/result.do?resultId=744256 Look at the clocks needed here compared to the other scores I have mentioned.

This can only be done using Vista which makes any score with only 2gpu cores enabled =one card which in effect any 2x 3870x2 score done in xp is invalid, please can the mods here make a decision on this, I first mentioned this a couple of months back, if you are saying its ok to have two cards installed but only one active which will be the case in xp then I will run benches under those terms and can hit close to 300k@ under 5ghz on a dual core cpu, if not please deal with these invalid scores.

I have only posted 2 examples of invalid scores here but there are many, probaly about 30-40% of all scores submitted in this category have only 2 cores enabled, meaning only one card is enabled. [2 installed only one active in the case of xp]

I hope my explanation is clear, one of the mods recently turned off reporting on many of these scores giving the reason that crossfirex is not supported in xp and has allowed the scores, this is exactly my point for not allowing them!

The same applies for 3dmark 01 scores submitted in 2x3870 x2 category many submissions there with only 2gpus enabled =one active card.

thanks.

There's two results in the heavily contested ;) Radeon 9200 SE 3DMark 2001 SE score, which seem to be off a little - especially because one cannot see the settings of the benchmarks.

http://www.hwbot.org/result.do?resultId=547832

http://www.hwbot.org/result.do?resultId=572770

resolution must be visible from since 2008 ;)

So, that means, that anyone who might have cheated his points before that is quite untouchable now that the system's moved to more failproof verification?

If so, I do not like this at all.

those scores are not validated please use the site's report a score tool. this thread is only for scores which are validated but still wrong... like thread title say thanks :)

Can you check my post on page 19 and make a decision please, if they stand [the scores I've highlighted] among others in the categories I mentioned I will submit scores I have run under the same conditions thanks.

It says in the verification screen plainly visible 6800 GT - not 6800 [blank] ;)

edit:

http://www.hwbot.org/result.do?resultId=643971

this also...

edit2:

http://www.hwbot.org/result.do?resultId=643862

http://www.hwbot.org/result.do?resultId=643873

Since this was the same user with the same setup and the same freqs, there's strong indication that this also was a 6800 GT.

You then have to plug it into a monitor capable of 1280X1024. Your current monitor/display is probably not capable of this so the benchmark runs at the best it can get from that monitor BUT that is not good enough for a valid score. Guessing you are on a laptop? Can you hook it up to a monitor capable of 1280X1024 and run the benchmark using that?
