Attendees will leave with a good understanding of the overclocking capabilities of Intel’s ® latest processors. If you design overclock-able systems or have an interest in performance tuning, this class is for you! Topics include: Discussion of new game changing Overclocking features introduced in 2016. Overclocking Architecture of Intel® Core™ i7-6950X processor series and the Intel® X99 Express Chipset and Intel® Core™i7-6700K processor series and the Intel® Z170 Express Chipset Overclocking Live Overclocking demonstrations Overclocking Ecosystem Overview About the Speaker Dan Ragland Overclocking System Architect, Intel Corporation Dan Ragland joined Intel in 1998 and is currently an overclocking system architect in Intel’s Client Computing Group. He is focused on delivering tuning capabilities and other overclocking innovations for desktop platforms. Previously, he worked to deliver high performance notebook platforms with a focus on gaming, workstations, and Intel’s first mobile Extreme Edition unlocked processor. His work history also includes seven years developing extreme series desktop motherboards and pioneering enthusiast overclocking solutions. Dan holds two patents. He earned his B.S. in Computer Science from Portland State University. Quote
