slamms Posted September 27, 2011 Posted September 27, 2011 ME4ME yes, i am recieve Splave thanks, it is help me. I buy random 2600K for preparation, but he can run only 5100 MHz I am loser Quote
uncle fester Posted September 27, 2011 Posted September 27, 2011 Uncle, it's not because you still have chips clocking differently that no binning took place. Binning in this case means that you've tested all the available chips and removed the best/worst. The best you can hope for is to have less variance. no probrem .... hahaha. Quote

I buy random 2600K for preparation, but he can run only 5100 MHz I am loser No problem, 5100mhz should be a good chip to prepare with lol! Im stuck at 105.2bclk bootable I think its a chip limit though, will try a different one soon. The memory we are using is weird, single sided hynix stuff. Quote
uncle fester Posted September 28, 2011 Posted September 28, 2011 User error sure why not me and deanzo have no idea how to OC ....... Quote

slamms Posted September 28, 2011 Posted September 28, 2011 after each changes BCLK and apply my motherboard full shut down. Start with 19 post code, again shut down and next run with another BIOS chip. Again changes settings, situations repeat again and MB boot on my first settings. WTF? It is normal? Quote

I had same issues try adjusting mem timings and more vdimm Quote
dinos22 Posted September 28, 2011 Posted September 28, 2011 maybe bios is corrupt try to reflash it Quote
slamms Posted September 29, 2011 Posted September 29, 2011 no help vdimm, timings and reflash BIOS. Max boot freq 45x100. I am very dissapointed. On same settings ASUS Maximus IV Extreme can run on 51x100. Quote
Splave Posted September 29, 2011 Posted September 29, 2011 (edited) Try xmp profile at 1866 and lowering VTT, i was getting the same behavior before doing that. 5880mhz chip popped in the board to see if it solves my bclk problem. Same exact wall at 105.2 lol Also to make matters worse on cold -25c I get blinking command prompt at anything over 50x103!! wtf Very frustrating Edited September 29, 2011 by Splave Quote
Patch Posted September 29, 2011 Posted September 29, 2011 Card has CBB@ -45. Both BIOS. Tried 2 mobos. No CB except for the usual memory issues. Anybody else have CBB? Quote
Gautam Posted September 29, 2011 Posted September 29, 2011 I know of someone else having such an absurdly high CBB on a 580 Lightning. Other than that, a retail card that I recently bought seemed to clock sort of like yours...broke 1500 but took all the vgpu in the world to do it. Quote
Gautam Posted September 29, 2011 Posted September 29, 2011 5880mhz chip popped in the board Wouldn't leave it in there for long if I were you Quote
Planet Posted September 29, 2011 Posted September 29, 2011 If it has already touched the pins its already dead. Quote

Massman Posted September 30, 2011 Author Posted September 30, 2011 no help vdimm, timings and reflash BIOS. Max boot freq 45x100. I am very dissapointed. On same settings ASUS Maximus IV Extreme can run on 51x100. Hm. I think we had a similar issue at the Tones OC Academy. All CPUs could do over 5.2gig, but some boards were completely stuck at <50x ratio. I'm not sure if we solved the issue or just went with it. Quote
