Yes, Fernando drivers, that what i use since z590.

Like for Z590 i asked him to made a modded z690 driver, i tested it but it doesn't work.

Any ETA on when RTL tuning will come to official bios?

With X3I my CPU and DIMMs do 6666 30-39 2T stable with RTLs 62/57/63/57 -> 13.8k GB3 mem

With F6d, I can go higher to 6800 32-41 2T stable and 100 mV less VDD/VDDQ, but without "Round Trip Latency" RTLs end up at 70/68/69/66 -> 13.0k GB3 mem

Both is kinda meh imo :D

Sorry I’ve never tested original bios ?.
Tight RTL‘s need different voltages compared to relaxed RTL’s. This is why you need more voltage.

Gigabyte don’t need so many settings. Maybe your settings are wrong. You can send me your profile and I can check it.

will upload it here with my adjustments, if it will be necessary

more voltage on X3I is also needed with Round Trip Latency disabled. Seems more like the X bios are tuned for different terminations (sub zero). Like I also can't boot 6666 on X3I unless I'm exactly at VDD2 1.35, 1.325 doesn't work, 1.375 doesn't work. So also looks like very specific requirements in bios.

F6d 6800 doesn't care as long as it's high enough, 1.45 VDD2 no problem.

I also think my particular retail Tachyon is not great. Every time I tried your profiles/settings before, it didn't work on my board, so thanks, but let's not do that again :D

On last x bios you can disable rtl training, it will be like on retail bios.

on x3h i can boot 6800c30 easily, with luck it boot 6933, just hurt on 3F(RTL training). And bench at 7000c30(need bclk)

not test the f6b now

usually:

Postcode 31 - 54: you need more voltage on DRAM VDD/VDDQ

Postcode 3F - 54: you need more voltage on Mem

you can try my profile, but be aware, it`s not an 24/7 profile, I choose this settings only for some tests.

X3i profile sergmann

I tryed it, no boot 3E - 54 : tested with 12900K + adata lancer RGB

I will try with my team group 6200c38 after work

Do you use Hynix Mem? CPU?

Only Hynix now (3 hynix kit tested, 3 samsung tested)

I'm using a adata lancer rgb kit 6000c40 with hynix IC, tested with 12900K, KF and 12100F.

Now i have 2  kit :

Adata hynix 6000C40 : boot up to 6666c30, benchable at 6800-6933C30 with bclk. Daily stable at 1.5v vdd 6600c30

Teamgroup Hynix 62000C38 : boot up to 6800c30, benchable at 680030, bclk oc crash on gb3. Daily not stable at 1.5v vdd 6600c30

Also i have tested the F6d bios.

Stability scale with vdd2 in my case,

for 6800C32 on adata :
1.25v no boot / 1.3v boot bsod / 1.35v boot 7% Kharu / 1.4v boot 140% Kharu / 1.45v boot 1600% kharu

for X bios it doesn't work like that, only 1.4v vdd2 work fine for me
