Benchmark software

We have deployed a new update to 3DMark.com which allows the approval of new ATI/AMD Catalyst drivers for 3DMark 11. 3DMark.com can now verify new benchmark submits for the Tessellation Control settings used. All submits that have been run with SystemInfo 4.2 (or later) and with default Tessellation Control settings ("AMD Optimized"), without touching any of the tessellation controls should now show as approved. Old submits (prior to SystemInfo 4.2) unfortunately cannot be verified, so while they may stop complaining about unapproved drivers, they are still flagged with a problem. Just installed Windows XP on an Abit KN8 + Athlon 64 3800+ x2 Manchester + ADATA Vitesta DDR566 TCCD. BIOS Settings by SPD, and when I start MaxxMem benchmark, Windows freeze always at around 50 %. btw no errors under memtest86+

Testing some HDD benches... but I can't get PCMark Vantage to run. It runs for a while, then I get a black window after the fireflies have left the tree. I've waited about 15 minutes and nothing happens What's up? Win 7 64bit, gtx285, am2 setup.

Hi guys. I´ve got a SATA 3.0 SSD but i have a problem when i want to bench PCM05, I always get over 220MB/s in the XPStartup subtest. There is any way to limit it to 220MB/s? Thank you

Hello everyone. I have been having a hell of a time trying to get superpi to be efficient. I'm obviously missing something major. I have the frequency and the memory timings/ freq at some rather nice levels. But im failing hardcore comparative to the greats on ths site. If anyone would like to help me out with a few tricks I would really appreciate it. Im dong the usual already. Realtime, affinity max mem, diagnostic mode. I got my 2600k up to 5.629 but in 32m runs im almost 40 seconds behind others at the same fequency. Hey guys, ive noticed quite a lot of quad fire and quad sli users getting this bug:( my combined score is around 3k lower on 2x 6990 then on one. Futurmarks advice is to run the test with system info scan disabled, then the scores are correct but are not submitable... has anyone found a fix to this? Futurmarks blames it on ati drivers, but ive noticed people with nvidia cards with the same problem around the web. I want to submit improved scores but cant because of this and its driving me nuts:(

Saw S_A_V's result in PCM Win8 leaked on torrents few weeks ago, very early version, but at least possible to run some benchmarks. Anyone tried? Right now I installed 7989 build, but unable to run CPU-Z and most benchmarks, it freeze system, only mouse moving, but nothing happen. Same with 3Dmark03. Aquamark, superpi works. Heaven unable to run bench on xtreme, says D3D fail change resolution etc. Tried on EVGA P67 platform with GTX 590's, driver from NV 275.33.

I can't run 3DMark2k and i don't get a score after benching PCMark04... I already did some google-querries on the issue but they came out inconclusive... Test system: PIV 3.94 Ghz, WinXP, most recent drivers (i guess )

Hey ppl, I just want to make sure about the rules with 3dmark vantage. Is it obligatory to disable physics? Cuz I've been seeing a few results that were posted where "ppu" wasn't disabled. The rules on 3dmark vantage says "physics drivers" are amongst "forbidden tweaks" but I can't find something that clearly states that ppu must be disabled.

Just an early heads up, the work is complete and 3DMark03 and 05 benchmarks are again fully supported by 3dmark.com (new submits) Old results are in progress of being transferred and converted. This is expected to take until sometime next week. Don't panic if yours is not there yet - they will appear. Related to this, there is also a process of converting old 06/Vantage/11 scores to a new (internal) format - existing old scores are still viewable, but may lack some detailed information until the process is complete. Hey Guys, im running windows 7 ultimate 64 bit, im after installing wme and the only problem ive got now is when the test gets to web rendering, pcmark05 open an ie window but either comes up with internet explorer stopped working or if it doesnt then it just says that web rendering failed to init and skips to next test:( any idea what to do? did any of you's had the same problem? ive reinstalled windows but still same problem:(

Every time I try to run Basic DX9 or Xtreme DX11 from the HWBOT Unigine Heaven Benchmark starting screen it gives me: Run-time error '-2147024894 (80070002)': Method '~' of object '~' failed Anybody ever had the same issue? What can I do to fix this?

So, with all the rediculous scores being posted with 3DM99 through CPU detection tricks, what should we do with this benchmark? I love the nostaligia about it, so I'd suggest to keep it here without any points and agree (read: add to rules) that the CPU detection cannot be tricked. Your opinion?

If i try to install Windows Media Encoder 9 I have a problem so I've searched a windows media encoder x64 and i've found it...but it doesn't work. Have you some suggestions ??
