  1. One reason could be that motherboard models are easy to spot in CPUZ, but with GPUs you can't tell if a card is a lightning or reference (i think).
  2. It's mostly the chipset that determines the overclock I think, so it makes more sense to sort by chipset instead of socket (kinda silly to have G43 and P45 in the same ranking for example).
  3. Weird bug... try to delete the HWBot cookie(s) you find on your computer Should be a decent workaround until this is fixed.
  4. Doesn't hurt to have another mobo ranking, even if it's not independant on already existing ones if you ask me These mobo rankings will never get insanely popular anyway I think..
  5. I think for some ranks the recent popularity decides the amount of boints given... think it's number of unique users submitting scores to a given benchmark using a given number of cores. Silly, but a rule that was implemented... for reasons I don't understand.
  6. Nice catch, moved the 1331 one to the other category
  7. When I click on that blocked submission and go to the GPu category I see a score that's rouhgly 50 boints higher for 01 - made by you - so I don't really see the issue:confused: If you forgot the memory tab I don't think the score would've been blocked, but subtests are more important, so there is a bigger risk of having a submission removed when that window is missing. Tried to run aquamark, btw? I'd like to see how your score is compared to the guy who holds the top spot for 01. COuld be a different card, but I find no info on the 4xl version...
  8. If you can provide a proper screenshot it would be great, as you need that even if you have an FM link. Non-FM approved drivers are OK (with a couple of exceptions listed in the rules I think) for HWBot rankings, but maybe not for certain competitions, depending on the competition rules
  9. Doesn't look like an ATI 7500 AIW, no... but definately no "flash to different model to create more cups/boints"-situation either, as the card in the picture looks very much like a SUMA GF4 4200ti. Plus the score doesn't give boints, and therefore isn't relevant to the enthousiast ranking if CN is competing there. Basically the picture is the mistake, and if the picture is removed, then the submission is perfectly valid, am I right?
  10. Unfortunately there is only one guy who can help you, and that's massman. maybe R1chba5tard too, but I think he's quite busy.
  11. It was listed as SINGLE CPU now no matter what you did when you submitted it. Your 1024m is OK: http://hwbot.org/submission/639101_kithylin_wprime_1024m_2x_opteron_2220_se_384sec_960ms - see, it says 4x CPU and 2x Opteron 2220? The blocked one says 2x CPU and (1x) Opteron 2220.
  12. Probably an old, bugged automatic submission - however, because of a bug in the system I can't edit it to a single-CPU as there is no screenshot. 13.xxx seconds for wprime 32m is just not possible with one of these Opty dual cores... with two it's a normal score. I use the l1n64ws too, and it works with just one CPU as well
  13. What's this exactly? Number of submissions using any cooling from cascade to Ln2? I can't imagine I haven't done more than 264... I run anything from 3m2 to cpuz on ln2
  14. I think OCZ Blade for this one. Used some CSX Diablos before, just thought I'bd see if the hypers worked well, too.
  15. Yep, old singlecore. So I must just try several times, then... or install vista on some hdd
  16. Testing some HDD benches... but I can't get PCMark Vantage to run. It runs for a while, then I get a black window after the fireflies have left the tree. I've waited about 15 minutes and nothing happens What's up? Win 7 64bit, gtx285, am2 setup.
  17. It's "me" i'm serious enough, this is not efficiency-bot, we do this for the SCORES, not the efficiency. Usually you need both, but not always:)
  18. Nice score! Efficiency is overrated anyway, if your score is high you got what you need:D I'd rather have 45.1k at high clocks than 44.7k at low clocks.
  19. I think it makes sense to pay that much. Say you lose $20 pr SB you buy and sell. You need to buy about 10 chips to get a 5600 (on average), and about 25 to get 5700. 5750... if I say about 36 I think that's a decent estimate. Then you need to pau $20x35+$300=$1000 if you want to bin it yourself, on average (loss pr CPU* # of CPUs sold + one CPU that you keep). $750 for a 5750 chip seems allright to me For a 5700 one... well, maybe not so much (I guess $500-600 would be more reasonable).
  20. I never had any REAL issues with Ceramique, hell I even used that on my Q6600, and got a gold cup in pifast. Didn't run colder than about -150 though... hehe. Maybe it goes to h*ll at lower temps than I ran it at. If Ceramique was utter trash at those temps I should've noticed...
  21. In other words. stop reporting crazy old CPUZ submissions unless they look bugged
  22. They did a small change to the verification link a long time ago. They just added ".php" after "show_oc", though, so easy to fix.
  23. You know just as well as we do that browsers are different. If anything we can say that if the site works with FF and other browsers, and not just IE, then it's IE that's the problem, and not us.
