  1. Only had a chance to skim through the thread. Whilst I don't mind the idea of career vs 'current' ranking, but why have comp points in both? Comp points in current and no comp points in career makes more sense to me as comps are much more optional in my mind. As others have said, but combining points (top 30 global+hw) you naturally bias it towards those with higher end hw, that was the best thing about the seperate hw and global points adding to your total. Edit: Also while I don't really pay attention to team rankings, getting rid of the 'power points' (which was basically just the highest score with certain hw on a team counts?) would massively change the rankings, once again to teams with more high end hw.
  2. Just the terminology used on the site, WRs tend to be for absolutely best scores, and then hardware or global first places for scores with specific hw, no real terminology used for best scores using a certain cooling method.
  3. Congrats to all, look forward to seeing some epic results from Vietnam!
  4. Not enough to affect my ranking May have another look at this tonight if I have time.
  5. Not quite, but pay enough and others using similar not quite legit methods might be looked at more and therefore removed whilst yours isn't?
  6. This in your league or world ranking? Not sure about the 6700k ranking, looks odd to me @richba5tard
  7. Yeah sadly I missed a lot of stuff whilst I wasn't active! At least wprime doesn't care, remember it being one of the few benches I could do when my board lost a mem channel but I didn't want to call the session hah. Thanks, nice to see some names I remember from before I took a break pop up again
  8. On 775 fsb:mem strap can make a big difference on what clocks can be run
  9. Thanks, still using the first set of bdie I got when I came back to XOC, 1.9v on the MOCF, gave a mem management bsod when trying 2081, and didn't try it again as had cracking issues.
  10. Not many people in the market for an 8700k right now I guess, once 9900k has settled down a bit maybe people will be more interested?
