Nope My current I5-7640X does on ambient water 5.6ghz core / 5.1ghz mesh with 1.4V on Apex VI, LLC 6 even XTU. Can do easily 5.7 / 5.2 for SPI32m, PI fast ( all light 2D benchmarks ) and all 3D legacy with 1.42V It is the best of the best I5-7640X ever recorded. Waiting to put it on SS and see what it does. THE CPU IS NOT FOR SALE. Just a reply to @AutisticChris

Yes, I do. @websmile ( Michael ) made sure that I got these beauties ( Galax OC Lab Hall Of Fame Limited Edition - 004 out of 100 ). And many more outstanding mem sets. Friends, I am just setting up the SS. This SUPERB unit, for which I might do a write-up, manufactured by George ( Nachtfalke ). It is a 2Hp unit ( very high quality ). I am in the phase of initial testing. So, I am using HW that I know exactly what it can do and how, in order to make a direct comparison to ambient / water and/or Dice. And yes RTL/IOL was on auto. Frederic, IF I have understood correctly the deeper "issues' of the complex code ( which, as stated have reached a point of being managed with difficulty ), I am trying to figure out in my mind, this proposal for carrier-seasonal upgrade. Call me stupid ( have no idea of code writing ), but wouldn't such a move perplex issues more ? ( always speaking about code simplification and management ). Yes, indeed understood that you wish to provide some "fresh air" and interest in rankings, but is it really a top priority for NOW ? Why don't we move less "aggressively" in changes, reach a stable-manageable status in a couple of months and then pick it up from there and go to the next step ( whatever that is ). Just speaking my mind

Frederic, IMHO ( again, that is just me thinking ), career is more representative of what an individual or/and Team do. Seasonal is a welcome change and might indeed trigger interest for new members to "give it a shot" and see how it goes. Old members ( I suppose ) want to be able to see and compare their existing career position ( the Big Picture ) to what others have achieved in the long run and try to improve and work on that.

Even a 10 year old kid with average IQ should be able to understand this Frederic Personally, being a "marathon" athlete, I prefer to concentrate on what I have achieved in the long run. But that is just me. As for Team rankings, IF I understood correctly, the "long run" effort will represent the ranking of the Team. Looks very reasonable

My latest 24 hours regarding HWBOT. 1) Over 1000 e-mail messages, FB messages, phone calls and SMS messages. Common parameter in all - Frustration, anxiety, elevated stress levels. 2) Common questions - sell and get out ? --- Wait and see ? ---- Sell old HW and an arm and a leg and buy modern expensive HW ? Turbulence, confusion. Agreed, most people do not have the necessary self-discipline and life experience to see a hurricane hitting their head, while an hour ago all was calm. But, for a playground ? This is not family, business or whatever else, where a sudden event can bring life upside down. This is supposed to be a hobby. A hobby can be done at home alone, or thru broader channels ( Team Work ). UTMOST CONSIDERATION MUST BE EXHIBITED BEFORE REACHING FINAL DECISIONS. Shame that after so many revisions, a stable platform can't be found. My best wishes for a viable solution. Otherwise I predict a real avalanche wiping whatever is left

I was not addressing you sir with my post but Firekiller. I do not know you, I have huge respect for your work and I would never even think of criticizing you. As for Frederic, I think that not all comments have been negative - unless we consider negative whatever does not fit the bill of the Administration. To put it bluntly, who needs most the "other side". Us need HWBOT or vice versa. And if HWBOT closes its doors forever, we lose a playground. Mind replying what the owner/owners of HWBOT lose ? A more calm and balanced approach from all involved is due here.
