don't understand the assignment of points
Leeghoofd replied to NATA 58's topic in Submission & member moderation
Its a bug in the calculation algorithm apparently. I will be so happy when we can step away from this monstrocity.... Your score seems too high in relation to the 2nd spot, if I raise the 2nd score to 300 you will get the correct 2.5 points and 2nd spot 1.5 points -
3Dmark05/06 Global top 20 verification link requirement removed after some tests at UL's site.... programmer will remove the link requirement (already removed from the rules)

Are accepted for physical storage medium tested in storage medium benchmarks and/or subtests of a benchmark: Platter hard disk drives Iram / Acard ram drives (DIMM as storage medium, not system memory) Solid-state disk (SSD) or NVMEs, using flash memory as storage medium

that's an option for sure

Maybe you experienced some downtime last week, this was partly related to the CSS and some crafty user. Even though the programmer has fixed/tweaked some stuff, we opted to remove the feature to avoid what has happened last week

That's how Antivirus and other companies work. Anyway he didn't do anything malicious, but it broke something for sure.... For your info his latest test failed... and the current coder has to fix the many flaws of the old code, step by step...

Site is alive again. Though we requested the involved user to try it again just to check the new implementations done by the programmer.

Main site is down due to the coding creativity of one of our community members. Since it is bank holiday it will take way longer than normal to get the site back up and secure it. Expected downtime till at least friday included. If you need to check some scores, you can always try out the test server at uat.hwbot.org. Remind you it is only running on a few processor cores (thus being very slow) and does not include the latest scores from this week. Submitting on UAT is pointless as them scores will NOT be migrated to the main site once it is up. We hope to be back on Saturday
