    I tested some FX8150s and RAM clock didn't make any change to the max CPU clock, just kept it low so that I didn't have to worry about it.

    32M is not 100% load, some parts of OS operation are much tougher on stability, only they last for a split second

    tested 8pcs 3218C090, all bad (won't boot 5GHz up to 1.5V, won't POST with 2600/2666/2800 dividers)
