The oldest submission I can find using the search form is this one from the 8th of March 2006: https://hwbot.org/submission/498730_trouffman_cpu_frequency_pentium_4_561_5263_mhz It's hard to know whether this is really the first sub as the fact that past world records were added "posthumously" clouds the picture. HWBot's copyright is 2004 - present (as indicated by the page footer), does that mean the project was in startup mode 2004 - 2006 with no submissions made or have those subs made in that timeframe been purged somehow?

Well, Patreon is an ongoing contribution that's a minimum of 10 euro per month - for that I want to see something in return, that's the Patreon model. Once-off contributions (e.g. Paypal) are the "goodness of your heart" model.

Can we just get rid of the "world record points" column? World record points existed for selected benches about 3 or 4 years ago as a kind of "super globals" but this concept is long gone so now it's just a blank column taking up space on the screen.

I like the idea of a Patreon but right now the only published benefit is a patreon-exclusive competition, which I'm not interested in. If something interesting gets added then I'll be in ?

Yes but I also doubt the validity of those tweaks was tested and at the time Leeg admited that he doesn't really know enough about legacy 3D to moderate it. I am not on the side of all tweaks being made public at all but ever since FM1 GPUpi and wPrime DLL tweak I am a bit weary of this whole tweak validation process. Woops, not the most glamorous post 2,000 Hopefully 3,000 can be a more positive one!

There is a world record out there since 2018 that is either cheated or tweaked into oblivion - before we aim for such lofty goals as informing mods of every tweak we should aim to at least have an understanding of how all the world records came about. I also think that CPU-Z should be engaged to make XOC mode a true XOC mode again; for validations it's now impossible to beat old scores because validation in current versions of CPU-Z puts so much stress on the CPU.

Win 7 on Impact is no problem but there is no Vermeer cold BIOS right now (and maybe it will never come)
