IMHO the space could be better used... like having all the bench rankings available on one page

GPU category-> 3D Rankings -> View top 100... default path takes me to "no submissions" unless I click on the No. GPUs used

Now that the chips are retail (well...soon to be) they are open to anyone with the money and come with warranty... more people will be able and or comfortable to jump on the hexcore bandwagon. ES binning I suspect is slower than retail binning IMHO

X58A UD3R? :D Is the single CPU power plug not holding the clocking back? Asus, MSI and eVGA are touting dual CPU plugs.... I was a bit worried about power distribution a 15K in parallel will give 7.6K... is that too low? Would be a more elegant solution than messing with 50K or 100K trimmers 16.6-16.7K is the perfect value

Your best is your best, no number of backups from any number of people can change that. The maximum score you can get from your gear doesnt change. Someone can either beat your best, or they cant. The person at No.1 doesnt change As an aside.... if I post a score in a category where mtech isn't competing, its my best score. I do see what you mean 12... maybe in a few categories with mtech present, I may play a gameup game to play him at his own game. Its a game I dont like though

When forum scanning was stopped, I asked (maybe others too) if HWB would keep the 1st post of each benchmark thread updated so that a team could see their inner-team leaderboard for each bench. This hasn't been happening. Is this an oversight... generally? Just a problem for Benchtec? or was it a mis-interpretation and HWB were going to pull/ have pulled all per-forum leaderboard updates?

What if the default option for cooling was blank and HAS to be changed. Some guys (lazy or by accident) forget to change the cooling type from stock air

Well.. we all know the effect of the CPU depends on how much GPU power there is With a 9800GTX class, adding 4K to the CPU score adds 100 points to the final score

A fresh driver install sometimes helps yea. 169.21 is the best driver set for benching the 7-series

Hey Always nice to see some nV 7 series Drivers should be ok with it, but iv noticed over the last couple years a BIG split in the 7900GT PCBs... they typically either stop at 550MHz, or go for miles. You might have lucked out Is the card volt-modded?

I've thought about this from time to time too... have a leaderboard for only certain tests in a benchmark.... like 3DV GPU tests... 3DM06 CPU test, 3DM01 Nature etc.... maybe just for a laugh to start with
