I think partners will not translate news, only link to the original article and give a summary. Of course, it is up to them, they control the domain.

We partner up with lockheed martin if you want to gain control over a region. As regional news will be in the main language of the region (in case of USSR: Russian), only the news of the region will be displayed. The partner of course can post our news in their news flash feed.

If it's not listed as a limitation, it's not required.

The links in the top right corner are domains which in the short future will be maintained by regional partners, not ourself. With maintained we mean they provide news, competitions, moderation, advertisement, etc. USSR is configured as a region. The region currently contains Russia (ru), Belarus (by), Ukrain (ua) and Kazachstan (kz). You can indeed also go to ru.hwbot.org, and it will display the news and competitions of the USSR region, but all rankings will be scoped to Russia instead of the old USSR. The ro.hwbot.org is specifically for Romania, so that's a national partner. Links which are not published, eg be.hwbot.org, will display localised rankings, but not localised news or competitions as they are not maintained by a partner. If you want to gain control over a region or nation, drop us a mail @ info@hwbot.org

I edited the score, wrote "10.015" in the score field, saved, and it looks fine? What did you type? Did you enter a 's' after 10.015?

Streams are checked every 10 minutes, not instantly.

It's because when you delete this submission, your second best sempron 140 wprime 32m submission gets points, which is 10 points less than your best submission.

I'm not going to change it twice. There is a countdown timer on the submission page that says how many days / hours are left.

Massman, for future reference, when this occurs it's often because the apache webserver communication with tomcat is going wrong. You can check it easily by trying hwbot.org:8080. If this loads fast, restart apache. : )
