Unless your win7sp1 misses a vital part on drivers, this might fix the problem P.S. You can run XTU on 8 and 10 as well, if you have the chance to check this it might confirm if it is OS issue, xtu version or if something is wrong with BIOS or MEI

It seems there are some irritations about the memory frequency stages. As stated several times, cpuz cpu and memory tab are mandatory for the screenshot, the reason has already been explained in deep and I only mention this again as a heads up in case someone missed this. The second point is the difference allowed between validated frequency and screenshot shown memory frequency. We do indeed accept scrrenshots which show potential but do not exactly match the validated frequency, we did this in the past already on all competitions(pro oc, gskill qualifier and so on). The margin can be maximum of 2%, which means you validate 2000MHz and 1960 at screenshot will be OK for us, because we know doing a screenshot at limit settings can be hard and we only want general proof you have a capable system. I hope this clears a couple of questions

Never been on cold, not delidded or lapped. The cpu did 5ghz 1,37-1,38v on different boards hwbotprime, apart from this no big tests, I ran it 32m 5ghz core and 5 cache but did not minmize volts for memory tests

No expertise here, but on older cards riva tuner could force 3d mode, so MSI AB which is based on it might do the same, also there is nv power maximizer iirc, and for amd gpu clock tool might work. Let´s hope someone else can help more detailed^^ - btw, depending on vendor model, there are inhouse tools that might help as well

For 2D benchmarks like xtu and wprime gpu used is irrelevant, these subs can stay at competition. I removed the time spy, thanks for the help
