If you did and still doesn´t work I agree with Alby, new install of program first, then maybe you have to try another OS or reinstall 10. Some slyake insstalled OS I had did not work for all programs properly for me on Kaby, maybe this is a problem

Hmm, weird, you click on file at the result tab and have option save/save as there, works for me every time. Don´t use file option at launch app, no idea what went wrong at your try to save. If this doesn´t work for you, maybe something is wrong with install or OS

It is a percentage oc stage and it shows unknown cpu and unchecked - did you use xoc mode? I think this might be the problem, to determine percentage oc cpu needs to be recognized and valid validation link, just my thoughts about this. If you can make a random valid link, can you check if it works?
