It is a percentage oc stage and it shows unknown cpu and unchecked - did you use xoc mode? I think this might be the problem, to determine percentage oc cpu needs to be recognized and valid validation link, just my thoughts about this. If you can make a random valid link, can you check if it works?

Was quite random for me, first 2400c9 batches were not that good, when I binned then I found no pattern over the years. Ended up with some 1327 2600c10 I still have, but it is really hard to tell golden batches, I had kits of same week that were good and really bad

Try the profile and first let io and sa on auto, will be quite high. Then you can vary imc volts and see what gives you best stability at lowest values for example. Should work, the MOCF at 4K is quite easy to handle P.S. 1,2 and 1,25v io and sa work my current chip, problem on air is it does not scale a lot higher, 4133 is not reliable because of this

Non K oc is locked on Z270 by default, if there are modded BIOS versions which can do, I doubt it

There is program called powermizer I think which can enhance this, seems load at older benchmarks is sometimes not enough to get full boost on new architecture, maybe you can google this or look at benchmark software section to see if it is there for download
