3200c14 is a solid base for b die, if you are stuck at 2933 for whatever reason try 13-13 or 12-12, all these settings work at least on Intel without any problems at 1,35v

On the x265, maybe you rebench and submit at eocsports, it seems the result is bugged and the screenshot somehow was not integated correctly, this can happen, sorry

Use the "save as" at result tab shown, the launch app cannot save file. If you did and still doesn´t work I agree with Alby, new install of program first, then maybe you have to try another OS or reinstall 10. Some slyake insstalled OS I had did not work for all programs properly for me on Kaby, maybe this is a problem
