8GB modules will never work at 1000MHz @ CL6, 1000MHz @ CL7 will probably need too much voltage for daily use as well, so you're looking at CL8 for daily use. 8GB modules need high tRFC values around 300 to 400, if you can't set those in the BIOS the RAM will be unstable. Check which values the BIOS has to offer.
