September 4, 201410 yr I've picked mine up today, although I need to wait for the motherboard to get in stock which should be either tomorrow or early next week. Can someone explain the S-spec bit though. The rest of you have "QFRA" and mines SR20Q, so hopefully it serves me half decently. Batch #3420C104 Will post screens once the motherboard is here:D

This might be teh wrong place to ask these questions but it's my first time with an X processor and just trying to learn as much as possible before my board gets here. Cheers
September 4, 201410 yr For the result of the Retail chip I used the Asus X99E-WS and for the other 2 I used the Asus X99-Deluxe. Basicly I used the same steps as with normal Haswell.
September 4, 201410 yr Thanks for that mate. I'm getting the gigabyte X99-SOC Force board, so hopefully that turns out ok when bios's mature a bit. Also i've just started to experiment with DICE and loving it, so hopefully I'll get some good results once I learn a bit more.
