No.....Es chip....splave chip need 1.375v for cineb at 5ghz.....this chip is undelided, maybe in the next days he will get ln2 for try it undercold

Guy, did u try to raise up pll termination voltage and pll bandwith??

We use pll at 1.8 1.9 when we was in taiwan

I dont think so me too.....but next time try !!! Pll bandwith 6 or 8 ....pll termination increase the temperature of the cpu underload.....but when u are in windows u have to set 1.8v for remove the CB! U can upper that value for search some extra mhz....but the cpu going to be hotter;)

cheers bro, will do! on the gigabyte G1 board, you have much easier job :D you have like 3-4 settings at all what you can raise. with loan cpu i reached ~6.5G 1.80v! it was L526 something, going to look for that batch.

Hi,

Tested 10 pcs L525B503 Malaysia retail(and one ES for comparison) with three kind of tests:

1) Maximum Boot to Windows 7 64-bit, 4C/8T, 1.35V VCore

2) Maximum Cinebench R15 Frequency, 1.35V VCore (there's Vdroop to around 1.31-1.32 IIRC)

3) Lowest VCore to run 4.6Ghz Cinebench R15 4C/8T

 

*Aircooled, Noctua NH-U12S+Noctua NF-F12 iPPC-3000, 25C ambient*

 

This is the result:
