TASOS Posted September 15, 2015 Posted September 15, 2015 What is going-on with this stage ? So-dimm SuperPI 32M G3240 Limitations Pentium G3240 processor Must use so-dimm memory! http://oc-esports.io/#!/round/team_cup_2015_sc3/2358/so-dimm_superpi_32m_g3240 There is 16 hours left , and now is see people submitting with regular ddr3. Can someone please explain. Quote
xxbassplayerxx Posted September 15, 2015 Posted September 15, 2015 The time thing... once you get to a page, refresh it. The time remaining carries over from the previous page you were on until you refresh. Tasos, are you referring to Mr. Breeze? He's using SO-DIMM with an adapter. Quote
TASOS Posted September 15, 2015 Posted September 15, 2015 The time thing... once you get to a page, refresh it. The time remaining carries over from the previous page you were on until you refresh. Well that's a problem , i didnt know about. Tasos, are you referring to Mr. Breeze? He's using SO-DIMM with an adapter. Thanks for clearing this up , i couldnt tell from the photo. Sorry. Quote
MrBreeze Posted September 15, 2015 Posted September 15, 2015 Check SPD tab, TASOS. It's Samsung OEM PC3-10600S SO-DIMM, you can search the part number online. Adapter for standard 240-pin slot, you can see it in the screenie if you look closely Quote
xxbassplayerxx Posted September 15, 2015 Posted September 15, 2015 Well that's a problem , i didnt know about. Just found this out the other day. OC Esports page definitely needs some serious work. Thanks for clearing this up , i couldnt tell from the photo. Sorry. If you look really closely you can see the SO-DIMM sticking up from the adapter but it's definitely not clear. He sent a good photo of it in our team chat but I can't find it. @MrBreeze, care to chime in? Quote
MrBreeze Posted September 15, 2015 Posted September 15, 2015 I'll repost a pic of the sodimm in the adapter when I get home from work, will add to sub to make it clear. Quote
xxbassplayerxx Posted September 15, 2015 Posted September 15, 2015 @Strunkenbold / @Massman / @websmile, can we run higher than 4GHz NB on AMD Pi category? Quote
Administrators websmile Posted September 15, 2015 Administrators Posted September 15, 2015 For me it iwould be OK at team cup - but please wait for final confirmation of the grandmaster Pieter Quote
JunkDogg Posted September 16, 2015 Posted September 16, 2015 @Strunkenbold / @Massman / @websmile, can we run higher than 4GHz NB on AMD Pi category? I hope so as mine is over. Don't make me re-run this again. hahahaha. Quote
Luebke Posted September 16, 2015 Posted September 16, 2015 a processor running at 4003MHz or less it means core-clock to me, not nb-clock. Quote
xxbassplayerxx Posted September 16, 2015 Posted September 16, 2015 Hope so! Haven't run yet... Just trying to verify before I do! Quote
kjjweber Posted September 17, 2015 Posted September 17, 2015 This shows as Sandy, but you don't allow it SC3 stage 1 ? Xeon E5 2609 32 nm Sandy Bridge-EP http://valid.x86.fr/yjdv3j Quote
xxbassplayerxx Posted September 17, 2015 Posted September 17, 2015 It's Sandy Bridge E yeah? That's X79. I believe this one is only for SB which is P67/Z68/Z77 (excluding Ivy). Quote
MrBreeze Posted September 25, 2015 Posted September 25, 2015 Sorry gents, bot won't let me add this to the sub now that the comp's closed, but here's the pic: Quote
JunkDogg Posted September 26, 2015 Posted September 26, 2015 How can OC eSports be so bad? Everytime I try to use this piece of shit, there are issues with it. I have tried 30 odd times now to submit for the DDR4 CL10 stage and have had a screenshot, verification link and rig pics. Yet my submission is still incomplete. So I've submitted my score through HWBOT and clicked on the join competition button for that comp and it still doesn't join. http://hwbot.org/submission/2987443_ Quote

JunkDogg Posted September 26, 2015 Posted September 26, 2015 Done...Its a Ram Comp (clock speed & timing) needed to be filled in Edited n submitted for you... Thanks mate, appreciate it. I would of never figured it out. Be nice if it actually told you where you were going wrong, instead of incomplete as the only error. Can't expect too much though out of that terrible platform. Quote

I always just submit the score as normal. If it meets all of the qualifications for a stage, it will suggest that you enter the score in it. Quote

Just another thing broken I guess. Quote

xxbassplayerxx Posted September 27, 2015 Posted September 27, 2015 Yes Thanks Pieter! This is one of the reasons I made that recent suggestion thread Thanks for the prompt reply. Quote
